Отличное месторасположение вблизи метро, приветливый персонал, нормальный завтрак.
Pros:

Останавливались на 2 ночи. Отличное месторасположение, рядом метро, много транспорта и кафе и ресторанов. В Вене проблемы с парковками, около отеля была удобная парковка, но она платная 58 евро за две ночи, что в целом соответствует ценам Вены. В номере была вода, и шампунь+кондиционер, гель для душа, салфетки. В целом нормальный завтрак, есть вкусная Австрийская вода, можно кушать на терассе во внутреннем дворе отеля, так же можно курить.

Cons:

Очень мягкие матрацы, тяжёлые не дышащие одеяла как для сильной зимы, подушки очень не удобные, очень сложно спать - не высыпались. Вода в душе меняет температуру сама по себе, выставил, а она раз и стала намного горячее - это опасно! В ванной нет полотенцесушителя, зато хорошо работала вентиляция.
Завтрак хороший, но есть большая проблема со свежими овощами, есть только помидоры черри и порезанные огурцы. Нет ни салата, ни зелени, ни петрушки, укропа, шпината, руколы, айсберга, нет паприки - это обязательная норма на сегодняшний день в отелях такого уровня, при этом в качестве украшения блюд петрушка используется!

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

I visited both the Bonn and Vienna locations, and the experience was very peaceful and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to Daraf at the reception for the outstanding service and kindness.

Tolles Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, super zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es war im Zimmer sehr stickig und die Klimaanlage extrem laut. Die Lüftung im Bad lief durchgehend, war laut und ließ sich nicht abstellen.

Ottimo Hotel ben collegato alla città
Pros:

La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la vicinanza alla metro, che permette di muoversi facilmente nei punti principali della città.

Cons:

La colazione era un po povera specie nella varietà di prodotti dolci. Da italiano sono abitato a più cose dolci per colazione.
