The hotel really was a star in our family holiday in Vienna.
Pros:

The location is next to U-Bahn station so really convenient. The breakfast really was well organised with good selection and quality of food. The staff at check-in were super friendly and provided great support to our stay. The family room exceeded our expectations, with balcony view over the city and plenty of space including 2 bathrooms (4 persons in the room). Our expectation was for small basic hotel room, the room we were allocated exceeded our expectations. Great value for money. The kids had a lovely stay in Vienna.

Cons:

One of the lifts (elevator) was closed for maintenance, so sometimes a slightly longer wait to move around the building. This was only a small issue.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstücksbüffet

Cons:

Türe zum Bad gehört geschmiert, ist besonders in der Nacht nervig, wenn die Toilette aufgesucht wird. Zimmer 712
Irritiert war ich, dass die Zimmer nicht mehr täglich gereinigt werden. Wenigstens die Handtücher müssten bei Bedarf gewechselt werden.

Touristenhotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, komfortable Betten, gute Schalldämmung in lauter Umgebung

Cons:

Frühstück nur durchschnittlich, miserable ungeniessbare Fruchtsäfte aus Automat, Fahrstuhl ausser Betrieb, dadurch lange Wartezeiten
