Bad experience
Pros:

My partner and I chose this 4-star hotel, but the comfort just wasn't there. The staff were very friendly and the location was decent.

Cons:

WE BARELY SLEPT. The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, the blanket was way too small I even asked for another blanket just to cover my whole body but it didn’t feel comfortable, and the AC kept making a loud peeping sound all night.
For the high price, we also expected basic amenities like complimentary drinking water, which wasn't provided. Great service, but the lack of comfort means we wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel im Herzen von Wien, sauber, freundlich, top Frühstück
Pros:

Lage ist Zentral in mitten Wien`s. Hotel ist sauber, freundliches Personal.
Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Zum entspannen gibt es im Untergeschoss ein Dampfbad, Fitnessraum und selbst eine Sauna (Anmeldung etwa 30 min vorher an der Rezeption)
In der nähe befindet sich das Schloss Belvedere was man gesehen haben sollte sowie einige gute Restaurants die alle fußläufig zu erreichen sind

Cons:

es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz am Hotel.
Parken in der Nähe im Parkhaus für 11€ die Nacht verfügbar.

Perfekt für Städtereisende
Pros:

Pros:

Großes Zimmer, sauber, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die junge Dame mit Dutt umd Blume im Haar , die sich um die Tische im Frühstücksraum gekümmert hat, war sehr freundlich und fleißig.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet wurde nur mit Verspätung oder auf Nachfrage und nicht alles wieder nachgefüllt.

Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, obwohl ich normal Schwierigkeiten habe, wenn ich woanders schlafe. Es war sehr ruhig, weil mein Zimmer nicht zur Straße rausging.
