Geen echte slechte ervaring maar ik ga dit hotel niet nog een keer bezoeken.
Pros:

Locatie was goed, ik wist waar we zo'n beetje de nachten qua locatie in Wenen zouden doorbrengen. De tram vlak in de buurt, de botanische tuin zo goed als achter het hotel. Nee, aan de locatie valt niks op te merken.

Cons:

Ontvangst was verre van hartelijk waarbij ik moet melden dat het uitchecken veel aangenamer verliep, (2 verschillende frontdesk medewerkster). Verder heb ik regelmatig in NH hotels overnacht maar dit was wel de meest povere van alle. Niet slecht maar niet zoals ik verwacht had van een NH hotel. Douchen in bad, relatief weinig waterdruk, lege koelkast op de kamer, het was het allemaal net niet. De sfeer die het hotel vanuit de receptie richting de kamer uitstraalde was passend bij de totale ervaring.

Wonderful
Pros:

The location, the attentiveness of the reception staff, and the spaciousness and comfort of the room and bathroom were excellent. We also really appreciated the coffee machine, snacks, and water in the room.

Gutes Business Hotel in Wien
Pros:

Schönes Innenstadthotel in Wien, alles da was man braucht. Tolle Sauna. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Wenn möglich ein Zimmer nach hinten wählen. Es war aber sehr ruhig in der Nacht.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht - zumindest nicht bei unserem Zimmer.
Pros:

Sehr großes, geräumiges Zimmer, gutes W-Lan, sehr sauber. Frühstück super, frisch mit nettem Service, ausreichend Platz im Frühstückssaal, sehr gutes Buffet. Überaus freundlicher Empfang und nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Straßenbahn- und S-Bahn-Station in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Anschlüsse.

Cons:

Es war extrem laut und zwar die ganze Nacht, unser Zimmer hatte Fenster auf zwei Straßen und das im 1. Stock- es war als ob die Straßenbahn direkt durch's Zimmer fährt, Katastrophe! Wenn es im Bad noch ein Ablagemöglichkeit gäbe, wäre es toll.

El desayuno y la ubicación lo mejor de todo

Cons:

No tiene persianas ni cortinas lo suficientemente gruesas para quitar el sol y a las 5 de la mañana ya amanece, con lo cual, se duerme regular. Además si no lo dices no te limpian la habitación hasta el 4º día, algo que no nunca había visto.

Location is wonderful but the hotel feels old.
Pros:

When my wife and I first arrived, the lack of color and the old interior was a small shock. Then being put in a room with twin beds really surprised us but the staff did move us quickly. However, you are steps away from the Belvedere Palace and a tram that takes you to the heart of Vienna. If only there were more dinner options in the neighborhood. But location does go a long way when you look to save money.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, um Wien zu Fuss zu erkunden!
Die Betten waren gut, die Größe des Zimmers (Doppelzimmer standard) für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Duschen war aufgrund Badewanne mit Glaswand sehr beengt.
Das Raussteigen aus der Wanne umständlich.
