Pros:

The property itself was nice and inviting, close by Disneyland which made our trip pretty convenient.

Cons:

Upon check i was told all rooms were sold out. My room was booked weeks prior, I was given a wheelchair accessible room because there were no other rooms available. Our room smelled like smoke and the carpet was so stained and dirty. 1st night woke up with bug bites. Receptionist was very sweet and changed our room for our second night. Our second room was exceptionally better. We got complimentary breakfast for both nights for the inconvenience which was really nice. So that made up for everything else.

I was very comfortable and it was a good time and money spent.

Pros:

Love the location and how good the hotel is.

Cons:

I’ve stayed him multiple times and never had an issue. This last time we got checked in the room smelled like mold and everything felt moist. Around the door in the restroom was covered in black mold. I called the front desk and they offered to move us right away , but since it was late kids didn’t want to move. So the next morning they moved us to a different room.

Pros outweigh the cons, will book again.
Pros:

Great location and very warm and welcoming staff. Housekeeping was great and will possibly use this hotel again in the future.

Cons:

The a/c felt like it didn’t circulate in my room during the heatwave this past weekend and the shower head was spewing so the full amount of water didn’t come out when showering.
