Very clean
Pros:

We stayed for four nights, which was convenient for visiting Disneyland. We used Uber for transportation, costing approximately seven dollars. The location was close by, with a Target store within walking distance. I found the accommodations suitable for our needs.

Cons:

The staff is very friendly. The house Kipling is very friendly. The Meltdown restaurant is next to the other one.

Pros:

地理位置很好離迪士尼很近大約10分鐘車程，櫃檯人員很親切很快回覆跟解決問題，房間清潔乾淨。

Cons:

訂房時已經在booking平台完成付費，最後check out時又再用信用卡扣款一次，mail收到folio發現重複收取房費，當下回去飯店請櫃檯再確認一次，有拿到紙本更新的folio也確認會在寄送電子檔，但mail給客服索取，目前尚未收到更新folio。

Other than the television not working had a very good stay
Cons:

After trying the television, realized it didn’t work, called the front desk and asked for them to send someone to take a look, was told tv was not working, front desk called about 15 minutes later, they told me that there were no additional rooms available so I would be unable to switch rooms. Was give. Breakfast voucher as a result of the inconvenience.

Cons:

Parking spaces were always full right by the venue. But that’s not that much of an issue. Just had to walk far some times when we moved the car

I should have commented after checking into the room about the filthy stained carpet.
Pros:

The staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. The bus stop to Disneyland is close by.

Cons:

I received an executive upgrade to the 9th floor and was disgusted by the stains on the carpet. It felt really dirty.
