Anniversary trip to Disney
Pros:

Everyone was very friendly and professional! Gina at the front desk was so helpful! The breakfast was fantastic! The shuttle was very convenient. Comfortable beds!

I booked and paid for a king room with sofa. I showed up around 1030pm with my wife and the front desk told me that they only had 1 room left and its a 2 queen bed handicap accessible room. I was angry because I paid for a specific room way earlier in advance, why am I getting the last room and its not even what I paid for? She was like, "Im sorry there's nothing I can do." So she comp my parking. Like thanks for trying, but thats not what I wanted! This was a special night with my spouse and not only do we now have two beds, but the room was old and dated. There was stains on the carpet, furniture was scratched and the bathroom shower was dirty because there was someone's false lash stuck on the wall. Speaking of the bathroom, the door was weirdly rigged to close...and at one point I used the restroom and couldn't reopen the door. If it wasn't for my wife, I could of been locked in that restroom. Also, the AC unit didn't work very well. Oh, I almost forgot. The room had this conjoined door (like most rooms have) and around 4Am I heard someone open their side of the door. I was alarmed but didn't really think too much about it because my door was locked...but when we checked out, I noticed WE WERE THE CORNER ROOM...there was no room next to us! Explain that! I hardly ever leave reviews, but this trip/room was a horrible experience. I dont recommend!

Pros:

My son told the front desk it was his birthday trip and she upgraded our room and gave us two days of complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was great and I would’ve paid for it other days if we weren’t at Disney. Excellent customer service and they made his trip feel more special!

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff!
Pros:

Staff was very helpful getting us into our rooms early after a horrible stay at another hotel. Salvador was super helpful and so kind!
