Stay was good, parking was not.
Pros:

The parking was completely full, and it was not free. Had to walk a long distance to get to the entrance of the hotel.

Does This Hotel Really Deserve 4 Stars?
Cons:

I stayed here about two years ago, but since I only stayed overnight, I didn’t have much of an impression of the place. I accidentally booked this hotel again this time without realizing I had stayed here before. As soon as I arrived, I remembered it.

The staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. The facilities seem outdated and poorly maintained. The carpet smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, and the bathroom had a leaking fixture and a dirty door. The bedding also had an old, musty smell. Even the swimming pool had litter in it, making it look as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained.

While the staff were pleasant, friendliness alone cannot make up for poor cleanliness and deteriorating facilities. Honestly, I have to question whether this hotel truly deserves a 4-star rating. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality.

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, and I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes meaningful improvements.

The staff was courteous, friendly, and very professional
Pros:

The room was clean great shower. The TV was monstrous but perfect. The gym facility was excellent quiet clean.

Cons:

I do have to MIN for my taste. Loan ginormous on a firm mattress in the beds are just too soft for me. Other than that it was a perfect stay

Very nice stay.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom lights were nice and bright. The eclipse curtains were very helpful.

GREAT FACILITY. Crappy Parking.
Pros:

The size of the room and the the bathroom especially the shower was EXCEPTIONAL. This literally was the best shower experience I have had in Southern California is YEARS.

Cons:

The parking was very inconvenient especially after a long day at the parks. I wish that there was dedicated parking for the hotel itself since there are so many hotels in that hub. Valet parking would be even better and would have made my experience a 10.

Pros:

Everything was great. We stayed for a convention in Anaheim Convention Center and it was a 20 min walk, so it was ok. Reception people were always nice and helpful.

Cons:

We could hear conversations from another rooms and that is always uncomfortable. I think it was because of the locked door inside the room.
As an improvement, you could add one more chair in the room and a coffee table.
