Très bien, quelques points à perfectionner
Pros:

L'emplacement, l'amabilité du personnel et les prestations incluses, plutôt rares à ce niveau. Très propre et salons design.

Cons:

Les chambres en rez-de-chaussée mériteraient un meilleur système de ventilation (chaleur) et des rideaux plus grands pour l'obscurité.
Renforcer l'isolation phonique si possible (terrain de basket).

la posizione dell'hotel, la pulizia della stanza e la cortesia del personale

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato con mesi di anticipo una camera doppia con letti singoli (eravamo in 4) per 3 notti. Ci è stata assegnata una camera piccolissima con dei letti a castello altrettanto scomodi ma soprattutto PICCOLI. Non c'era lo spazio vitale per 4 persone adulte. Abbiamo dovuto accatastare le nostre 4 valigie a ridosso della porta perchè non c'era spazio sufficiente per collocarle. La stanzetta si presentava mal arieggiata e sotto il livello stradale. La prima notte è stata un incubo. Dopo svariate insistenze per avere un'altra camera, e dopo la minaccia di dormire sui divani della hall, finalmente il secondo giorno ci hanno dato una camera doppia con 2 letti singoli e 1 divano letto matrimoniale. Peccato che il materasso di quest'ultimo fosse solo un topper e le 2 che hanno avuto la sfortuna di dormirci si sono svegliate con la schiena massacrata dalle molle del "non" materasso. Abbiamo chiesto al personale di provvedere e fortunatamente la terza notte siamo riuscite ad avere un sonno decente. La cosa positiva è stata la pulizia della stanza, della quale non abbiamo potuto lamentarci.
Altra nota negativa della struttura è la colazione (noi l'avevamo inclusa): carente di offerta, con pochissima scelta di prodotti. Per noi italiani il cappuccino è fondamentale a colazione. Nemmeno l'ombra

We would select to stay in the Best Western Kom Hotel when we visit Stockholm again.
Pros:

The receptionist was very accommodating, switching us to a room that was a better fit for us. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood the hotel is located in. The subway station was close for easy access to travel to other parts of the city. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices.

We were very content with our stay and have no complaints.
