Schöner, typisch schwedischer Aufenthslt
Pros:

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön, weitläufig und die Doppelzimmer in den roten Schwedenhäuschen waren sehr ruhig! Das Frühstück war toll und es gab wirklich alles!

Cons:

Leider ging unsere Heizung nicht, aber wir erhielten einen Zusatzheizkörper.
Das Restaurant u der Frühstücksraum sin leider sehr laut. Zimmer-, Bar- u Restaurantpreise hoch, aber man ist in Schweden🤷‍♀️

Det var trevligt med Shuffelboardet och trivsamt samlingsrum
Pros:

Priset på både hotellrum och mat levde inte upp till det vi förväntat oss.
En hårtork och ett strykjärn borde ingå.

Rent och välskött både inne och ute
Trevlig miljö med ett stort varierat utbud

Cons:

Att rummet saknade både kylskåp och vattenkokare som numera vanligtvis finns på hotellrum
Vi bokade annexet och blev inte upplysta om att det var 500 meter från huvudbyggnaden, det spelade ingen roll för oss men jag tycker ändå att det borde framgå tydligt vid bokningen
Önskade att det gått att köpa nåt lättare att äta på kvällen tex te och smörgås

Not a great customer experience
Pros:

It’s a nice facility and could have really been a great retreat if staff behavior stepped up a few notches. We had the new suit which is a nice room partly standalone building. We had to spend way too much time having the staff to prepare the bed sofa for our kids. Upon arrival no bedsheets etc available. The food is average and not very exciting. The restaurant had as a policy not to revel the prices for the food when ordering! What a surprise!! Overall staff not flexible, customer centric and have not fully understood that their role should be to make every stay the best possible for very single guest. Where is management? No one responsible and available at site.

Lugna trevliga dagar!
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost med mycket närodlat och tillverkat i närheten superbra!
Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Lite väl höga priser på vinerna!
Trevliga rum med gott om utrymme. Rent och snyggt.
Kunde ha fått lite mera info om SPA:et när vi skulle använda det. Någon som visade runt t ex. Annars bra SPA!
