Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Cons:

Mycket anonymt vid frukosten. Inget välkomnande, ingen sa hej.
Personalen ville nog vara någon annanstans.

Inte trevligt med rumsfönster ut mot innergård med matgäster, stundtals.

Heerlijk hotel, daar hopen we weer naartoe te gaan!
Pros:

De kamer was fantastisch en het ontbijt evenzo.
Ook de ligging midden in Arvika was heel erg fijn.
Personeel receptie erg aardig

Cons:

Het zwembad viel ons erg tegen qua grootte en ook de openingstijden vonden wij erg onhandig, omdat wij dan meestal onderweg zijn.
Het personeel vonden wij erg zorgzaam en opmerkzaam. Alles werd snel bijgevuld en we kwamen niets te kort. Jammer dat we weinig contact kregen, maar ze waren ook constant bezig met hun werk. Met het personeel dat de kamer schoonhield hadden we even een heel leuk contact
Jammer dat het parkeren zo duur is. Gelukkig was verderop een invalidenparkeerplaatsen. Dat was ook prima opgelost.
