Pros:

Bra läge, bra frukost, rent och sköna sängar.

Cons:

Duschen var dåligt utformad och badrummet lite slitet. Lite dålig ventilation på rummet. Hade gärna sett att frukosten öppnade 7 även på helgen och det blev lite trångt i frukostrummet när alla ville äta kl 8. Bäddsoffan i familjerummet gnisslade mycket.

It was nice to experience a traditional hotel in Sweden as opposed to the chain which replicate in their design etc .

I liked that it was a traditional hotel either it’s own character .

Cons:

I would have liked some drinking water in the room. Also there was no milk to have with a cup of tea .

Pros:

The short version is to avoid this hotel unless desperate. There breakfast was ok, but the claustrophobic suffocating room (110; no fan) with an intermittent sewer-like stink from the drains was topped only (in terms of disappointment) by the arrogant, unfriendly, and adversarial young man in reception. A word of advice to him
- you’re in the wrong career- the drain smell was unpleasant, but you at least have a choice.

If you like to experience "Returning to the Past Era" - You are welcome stay in Hotel Concordia!
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Concordia during our visit to Lund and overall had a pleasant experience.

The hotel is conveniently located within a comfortable 10-minute walk from Lund Central Station, making it practical for travellers arriving by train. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Breakfast offered a good spread and was enjoyable. The hotel itself has a charming traditional atmosphere with historical character, and the room décor reflected this nicely. Bedding was warm and very comfortable, which helped us rest well after long days of travelling.

One challenge, however, was the room size. The first room allocated to us was extremely compact and difficult to manage with luggage, although the front desk kindly assisted us in changing to a slightly larger room. Even then, space remained limited compared with modern hotel standards.

Our replacement room was located on the first floor facing the main street and above the hotel’s Italian restaurant. Fortunately, the restaurant was not operating during our stay, but privacy and noise could potentially become concerns depending on room location.

The bathroom was comfortable, with both wall heating and heated flooring, reasonable water pressure and good lighting. WiFi was also stable throughout our stay.

Overall, Hotel Concordia offers historical charm, friendly service and a good location, although travellers who prefer larger and more modern rooms may wish to explore some of the newer accommodation options available in Lund.
