Billig hotell som
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet, veldig hyggelig personale i resepsjonen som ga god service. Bra trykk i dusjen.

Cons:

Kunne fått beskjed om at de renoverte alle gulvene i gangene på hotellet da vi skulle bo der. Sengen var veldig smal og det var veldig kaldt på badegulvet.

Vi kommer gjerne tilbake når jeg har et ærend i Lund.
Pros:

Frokosten var helt utmerket. Likeså sengene. Vi nøt de timene på dagen da vi oppholdt oss på rommet.

Cons:

Det burde ha vært et dusjkabinett på badet. Hele gulvet ble oversvømmet av vann etter at vi hadde dusjet.

En oväntad besvikelse från ett Hotell som har så mycket potential.
Pros:

Lobbyn var fin och trissade upp förhoppningarna om ett trevligt boende.

Cons:

När vi väl anlände till Hotellet så blev vi inte insläppta. Vi fick vänta lång tid innan någon orkade bemöda sig att öppna dörren in till stället. Innan dess hade vi varit tvungna att kontakta Securitas istället för att försöka få tag på någon form av information om vad vi kunde göra. (Dessa kan nämligen öppna dörren efter normal incheckningstid gått ut - vilken den långt ifrån hade gjort).

Dubbelummet som vi fick var under all kritik. Jag hade bokat ett Dubbelrum Economy, men fick ett Dubbelrum Grandlit Economy. Det var ett kompakt, klaustrofobiskt och ynkligt litet rum. Det verkade vara ett litet singelrum som i ren desperation 'uppgraderats' till ett dubbelrum. Och detta genom att pressa in en dubbelsäng som inte ens fick plats. Dubbelsängen kunde bara nås från en långsida, vilket är värdelöst - framför allt om man är två som ska använda den. (Vilket då är själva tanken). En dubbelsäng ska NATURLIGTVIS kunna nås från åtminstone två sidor.

Frukosten. Det var absolut inget fel på det som skulle erbjudas. Där fanns det man ville ha, men mycket höll på att ta (eller hade tagit) slut när vi skulle inta den. Personalen hann alltså inte med att hålla kvar det som skulle erbjudas på avsedd plats. Ytterligare tog teskedarna slut, och ersattes inte av nya. När vi påtalade att de var slut, så var de slut. Inga försök gjordes för fixa fram några nya, vilket NATURLIGTVIS måste göras. (Det är väl bara ta några gamla och diska dem).

Lugnt centralt läge. Väldigt tillmötesgående och trevlig personal. Mycket bra frukost. Småskaligt och ombonat.

En enda liten sak: PÅ vårt rum var det en sorts frostad glasvägg in till badrummet. Tänder man där på natten blir det ljust i hela rummet...

Cons:

Zimmer in das Atrium war nicht komplett dunkel zu bekommen. Daher Schlafmaske zu empfehlen. Lüften nur in das Atrium möglich, daher sich auf das Zusammentreffen mit Geräuschpegel einstellen. Zimmer verlassen und das außergewöhnliche Lund einlassen.
