- Sehr freundliches Personal
- Schönes, grosses Zimmer (Suite) mit grossem, modernem Badezimmer
- Fika & ein sehr gutes Nachtessen inklusive
- Leckeres Frühstück
- Sehr gute Lage

Cons:

- Bei der Sauberkeit im Zimmer gibt es noch etwas Potenzial (Tische nicht sauber geputzt). Ansonstens war aber alles sehr sauber.
- Zwar schön, gab es hier eine kleine Terrasse, was in Schweden doch sehr unüblich ist, jedoch hätte diese, inkl. Tischlein und Stühlen, etwas mehr Pflege verdient.

Sehr angenehm. Verbesserungspotenzial sollte schnell erledigt werden.

Sehr gute und vielfältige Mahlzeiten. Top Service. Gute Lage. Sehr motiviertes Personal. Ruhige Lage zum Innenhof.

Cons:

Der " antike Ledersessel" im Zimmer war total abgenutzt und knarrig und extrem unbequem auch nach Tausch durch das Personal.
Gibt einen sehr negativen Touch auf die insgesamt guten Qualitäten des Hotels.

Keine deutsche/englische Fernsehkanäle.
