Quality Inn & Suites Nashville - Bellevue

The front desk guy barely was very short and looked annoyed to be checking us in. He didn'teven mentioned the breakfast info. The room was tiny, the bed was terrible, but not as bad as the shower!
The showerhead was rusty and had no water pressure at all. The towels were not clean. They had some faded black stains.
The room had this musty humid smell to it.
Not staying here again!

Intermet was not secure. WiFi did not work. We left and went to another hotel. They did refund us our money.

Very clean good customer service

Hotel appears to be recently remodeled. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel sets back from main road and the road was a bit dark as we arrived late evening.

Ac wasn’t working as expected baring kept whining down

This was my second stay at this location, last time being in 2021. It's quiet, conveniently located, and affordable. Will definitely stay again.

Pool was closed

The ac was extremely loud. Had to keep turning it off/on because keeping it running was too much.

Room was cool, quiet, breakfast was ok, staff very helpful and nice

The man at the front desk was very polite and helpful I enjoyed my stay and would get a room there again if I need a room again.

Tiny rooms, No pool, door gap isn’t sealed and allows in lots of hallway noise. Mediocre breakfast options, otherwise adequate for the price

Dirty

It’s an older facility but it’s clean and safe. Great for a one night stay.

The sheets were clean, I think. But discoloration. Overdue for new sheets!

Better than it was

The hotel was generally very clean and staff was welcoming. Some of the comforters have stains on them and the rooms smell like strong disinfectants. The shower only had two settings working with small streams of water rather than the whole showerhead. We could hear the next door customers coming in and the noises from their room so it’s not very soundproof. It is conveniently located off the highway and was fine for an overnight stay.

I have been staying here since it was a Microtel. It’s very convenient to I-40 and good restaurants and shopping close by

Very unclean and unkept, if I knew it’d be that disgusting I could’ve paid the same amount and slept in a pigs sty and seen no difference. If someone asked what I’d rather do again on my Saturday night I’d say use a snickers wrapper to fug my sister and would’ve felt the same or even comparable to level of cleanliness. Then I thought well since I barely slept and it is 6 am I’ll go check out the breakfast. I was astonished to see there was nothing to eat but wrappers and crumbs with orange juice that lacked any juice, just pulp. I’ve seen more juice dripping from my uncles ballsac than the machine for juice. Then they allowed my pet thank God, but even HE puked from the foul stench from piss on the towels. At first I thought it was apple juice but upon further investigation I sensed it was morning dehydrated piss. Never staying here again but the front desk lady was ok although the guy who replaced her hours later seemed to have permanent helmet syndrome but that’s ok I guess?
