I want a full refund. The front desk was closed at 11pm when I arrive white 2 hours. Then room had Roaches and No Clean

Staff was good

Cons:

Bed was horrible , so uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping over a solid thing. Was never able to shower with cold water . Only warm and hot. Breakfast second and third day was okay. Scrambled egg were disgusting. Sorry but was the worst experience ever. Never staying here again. So disappointed

Pros:

Property was nice and in a good location to the parks.

Cons:

The breakfast was so mediocre. No waffle machine or even fruit. It was literally cereal, premade omelet, a few yogurts and english muffins. That’s it.

Cons:

Отель новый и чистый, но есть несколько минусов. Нам дали номер на первом этаже, и из-за этого было очень шумно. Двери закрываются с громким звуком, постоянно слышно соседние номера, из-за чего трудно нормально спать. Также кондиционер работает слишком шумно. Надеюсь, в ближайшее время эти недостатки исправят.
