Pros:

Front staff very friendly and nice. I have only seen 1 person at any time in the front but even with all going on she is very professional and welcoming everyone.

Cons:

I needed towels/ we were 3 and the room only had for 2. The front desk could not bring me the towel I had to get it at the front desk. Your front desk is understaffed. Several times I have stayed here and only 1 person is taking care of check-ins, phones and the main hub for information. This is a Hotel not a motel /staff it as such!

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The room, quiet and very clean. Appreciated the convenience of having a light meal inside the hotel. I will book here in the future and would recommend to family and friends!

my stay was extremely disappointing due to the discriminatory $250 incidental fee

..i was considered a “local” guest (reside within the 50 mi radius) so i was told that i would have a $250 hold on my credit card for incidentals; however, another guest from “out-of-town” (reside outside the 50 mi radius) was told his/her would only be a $40 hold for incidentals..correct if i’m wrong but wouldn’t it seem LOGICAL for an “out-of-towner” to have the $250 hold vs a “local”??..or just charge EVERYONE the same fee??..additionally, i recorded the entire conversation..so i have proof!!..
