Good hotel for one night & easy airport access
Pros:

The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a good shower.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The public areas were a bit scruffy and worn.

Very expensive and poor customer service.
Pros:

Room was lovely and spacious.

Cons:

Never responded to any messages. Claimed that rollaway bed was available on request, then told on arrival that it wasn’t. Charged for two days parking when I only had a car for one.

Satisfactory, except for the absent wake up call
Pros:

Close to airport, convenient, clean, airport shuttle readily avail

Cons:

I asked for a wake-up call at the front desk and they did not call. (The wake-up button on the room phone also did not work.). I could’ve missed my flight had a family member not called me.

Not Worthy of the Hilton Name...
Pros:

The check-in was just fine--the front desk clerk was lovely. Made sure we got our cookies and even gave us water since we arrived at the wee hours of the morning.

But the room spoiled the lovely check-in. There was hair on both beds, all over the bathroom floor, and debris (a child's ribbon) on the floor; overall, not clean! I used A LOT of Clorox wipes and slept in my clothes because it was just yucky. If it weren't so early in the morning and we only had 4 hours of sleep before getting up, I would have made a big stink about the room.

The hotel could use a serious update! The bathroom tile was uneven, the caulking was stained, and the carpet was stained. And the mattresses were like bean bags--mushy and lumpy.

I would expect much more from a DoubleTree by Hilton property.

I don't recommend staying here unless you have no options because it definitely doesn't live up to the ratings I saw online.

Great location for catching a cruise ship, close to terminal and to airport.
Pros:

Room was nice, comfortable, free shuttle from the airport. Located close to airport and cruise terminal, making it a great place to stay when flying in to catch a cruise.

We had a great stay while we visited Boston and Salem with relative ease being close to the train stop .
Pros:

The location - close to the train stop, the food, the staff, the pool. Our room was a good size.

Cons:

Our floor and our room had a musty odor. We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. We felt like we were sleeping on an incline. There was a used bandaid on the bottom of the trash can and the shower head was turned so it would shower the whole bathroom.
