The bed sheets were dirty with yellow spots the receptionist by passed me to check a group that arrived after me and never apologized she also dismissed the fact that’s I mentioned the fee for parking that to my knowledge was never mentioned in the website we paid more than what we had too for one night.
She then looked down and rolled her eyes and as my husband was asking her why do we have to pay she just ignored him.
I really think the $30 dollar were way to expensive and as first time customer something could have been done to satisfy us.
She also proceeded to give us our key cards and didn’t even direct us to the elevator nor thanked us or said enjoy your stay.
I work in a hospital and customer service is a must at all times.
Overall the room was very beautiful and clean.
Staff rude and didn’t tell me till check in. That parking was $30
Two things. I have stayed at double tree's before. This is among the nicer ones. The staff was working under stressful conditions during the storm and handled everything great.
It was a little further from the airport than I expected, but there was a shuttle and the driver was excellent.
Tudo muito bom
The room was clean, and comfortable, the heat was nice, I could set it the way I liked. The shower and bathroom were great.
The trains! A woman was on the phone in the other room. directly behind the bed I was in. Evidently there's no sound proofing in the walls, because I could hear everything she said, just like she was in the same room! She finally stopped around 11:30 so I didn't get much for sleep.
I loved the shuttle to/from the airport. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us a few historical facts about the city of Chelsea.
Yari, who worked at the front desk was AMAZING. She tended to everything that we asked about. She was always there to help. Doubletree Hilton is lucky to have such a fine staff like Yari. :)
nothing
Food in the restaurant was ok, breakfast was ok
Room had a very musky smell and signs of black mold in the show tile grout,
tired facilities and overall appearance
The shuttle service was great. We ate in your pub and very satisfied as well.
Maybe we each could have had 2 cookies. Haha.
Breakfast was not worth the price. Free breakfasts at other hotels much better.
Good was mediocre.
The woman at the reception desk on the left, with short hair, on January 1, 2026, whom I approached to ask a quick question in the early hours of the morning, was incredibly rude to me, a guest, in front of other people checking in. She was extremely rude; she didn't even consider whether I might have an emergency and told me she wasn't going to answer because she was attending to other guests, even though my simple question wouldn't have taken two seconds to answer. I think they shouldn't have people like that working in a hotel on New Year's Day, and this woman's attitude was the worst impression I've ever had.
