Pros:

Location was convenient. However access road was severely pitted with potholes. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was very inadequate, especially for an accessible room - No shelves to place toiletries - No towel rods near sink - toilet paper holder was broken. Living area with couch was adequate but very stark - overhead lighting and only one lamp. Reading was a challenge.

It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't served until 7am, I couldn't eat there because our event started at 7am. And they take far to long refunding my deposit. I checked out at 645 and it's 930 pm and I still haven't received my deposit.

My stay was amazing. Other than there was a hole punched in the closet door and our room.

Because I have had surgery on my back, The beds and pillows were too soft.

Hidden in Pickerington, Ohio
Pros:

I liked and loved the greeting upon arrival, the advance noting the need for a room on the first floor, and the fact that there is an elevator to use for the upper floors if needed, the suite style sized rooms and the refrigerator and the microwave, big sized TV's, office use of the computer, laundry, free breakfast, exercise equipment, free parking and the ability to purchase late night snacks, beverages and microwaveable dinners. I loved the atmosphere. I had that comfortable feeling. The price was off the hook.

Cons:

I honestly have no comment here. I liked everything. Even if I didn't use everything, just knowing the benefit or options were there was happy to me and so close to home.

Out of Order Country Inn and Suites
Pros:

Beds and shower were good. Otherwise, a very disappointing place. Advertised pool, exercise room, ice machine all out of order. No decaf coffee offered, and no instructions for the television. Key card for room worked and then did not. We laughed at the card giving purchase prices for towels, etc. which were not better than typically found in any motel.

Cons:

The entire motel seemed to be someone's dream that gave out about halfway to completion. Obviously, we will not return.
