There was a restroom near the lobby.
Room was not what I booked, even though I had to call and request a room on the 1st floor, after reading on YOUR WEBSITE: "Note this hotel does not have an elevator". I was not made aware that my PAID IN FULL reservation for a KING SUITE, would not be honored.
However, upon arrival no one was at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes
even after ringing the bell repeatedly. The older woman,finally sitting there, after I find and use the restroom, was not friendly at all. In fact, she became very belligerent after assigning me a deplorable room. I went back to the front desk and explained to her that the room smelled like sewage backup, to the point that it was choking me, the air conditioner was not working (I'm standing there soaking in sweat), and the bed was a twin size.
She told me that's not her problem and I would have to pay for another room!
I was calmly talking to her and she only got worse. I showed her my reservation for the King Suite which had already been charged on my credit card, by the way. I asked for the manager. She looked at me and said there was no manager. As I looked around the desk, there is no manager name, or card anywhere in sight. After questioning her for a manager, she picked up her cell phone and claimed she was talking to the manager. She was telling the person she called what she was going to do with me as far as my booking. I asked to please speak to the manager, or give me the phone number so I could call them myself.She said he could not talk to me. And said if I keep on she was gonna have to ask me to leave! She was the one being very, nasty, and rude! Seeing that she refused to work with me, I took my belongings to the car, called my children. My daughter contacted Choice Hotels.com, who worked with me and filed a complaint with case #13513878. The woman on the line found another, Much Better Place for me to stay. With only $5.00 Difference.

The breakfast was really good. The general manager was really nice.
The front desk staff was very rude. They were no help at all. The night clerk was extremely rude and angry. I asked for a couple extra pillows for my elderly mother she has to be propped up due to breathing issues. I was told He'll no I can not. I paid good money to stay there and was treated horribly. The pool was not working. It was a nightmare. I will not ever stay at Radisson inns again.
Elijah at front desk was nice.
The bathroom floor was dirty the shower wasn't very clean and I found public hairs on my sheets.
