Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. They arranged a driver for us to pick us up from the port and then take us to the airport afterwards. The room was so clean and honestly one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in! The cocktails by the pool and snacks were amazing. If we come back to Oia we will definitely stay here again!

Disgraceful Customer Service
Pros:

Absolutely disgraceful. This hotel showed zero compassion or professionalism. They hid behind policy, refused to engage with us, and were completely uncompromising. No empathy, no willingness to even talk through the situation - just stonewalling. Shameful way to treat paying customers.

We had very high expectations for Katikies Oia but unfortunately this resort fell short. From a 5 star resort you would expect immaculate rooms and service but both of these were underwhelming. The rooms felt dated and had several maintenance issues such as leaking air conditioning and broken lights in the hot tub. Turn down service was inconsistent, you had to constantly ask for it. The service at the pools were practically nonexistent. You couldn’t order a drink without waiting over an hour. The best thing this property has going for it are the location and stunning views. I would not return.

This property was top notch. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the elegance this hotel had. It is very walkable to all places in town, Oia. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’m gluten free and they had plenty of options. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They also organized our rides to and from the airport and port. I would recommend this spot! We stayed in the most affordable room option and it was still spectacular with killer views. We will be back. I did a ton of research on which hotel to go to, and this one did not disappoint!
