Es war alles sehr schön

Nous étions au Mena House à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma fille pour ses 6 ans. L’équipe du Mena House lui a réservé et préparé la chambre avec gâteau d’anniversaire fleurs et déco. Elle était bluffée et très heureuse alors nous l’étions tous
Leurs grande piscine est top
Tout est beau et très bien entretenu
Le personnel en général est top
Dès notre arrivée à moi et mes 2 filles l’homme a jaugé s’il pouvait se faire un bon pourboire avec nous avant de nous proposer si l’on voulait de l’aide pour nos bagages. Et ça, ça ne passe pas. J’aurais aimé que peu importe qui sort d’une voiture qui se présente - il accueille et aide sans rien attendre. ( d’ailleurs on a refusé son aide et poussé nous mêmes nos bagages)
Aussi en parlant de cette merveilleuse piscine je pense que retarder l’heure de fermeture à 21:00 voire 22:00 serait idéal.

Everything about this hotel is excellent.
One of the best hotels in Egypt! I’ve stayed here about 5 or 6 times now, and every visit has been amazing. That’s why I always come back and recommend this hotel to my friends. They all loved it too.
The hotel is very close to the Pyramids, and one of the best things is the private golf cart access with an exclusive entrance just for hotel guests. It makes visiting the Pyramids so easy and special.
I really love the hotel’s vintage design. The rooms are always very clean, comfortable, and the beds are perfect for a good night’s sleep.
There are a few restaurants inside the hotel, and the food is always delicious. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. My favorite place is the breakfast restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens, with an incredible view of the Pyramids right in front of you. It’s the perfect way to start the day.
At night, you can enjoy the Pyramid light show from the hotel garden, which is a wonderful experience.
A special thank you to all the reception staff, managers, and everyone working at the hotel. They are always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything. Every time I stay here, they go above and beyond and always exceed my expectations.
This hotel really feels like my home whenever I come back to the gem of Egypt. I can’t wait for my next stay. Highly recommended!
Ich hatte das Zimmer inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Dies wurde mit beim Check-in und dem ersten Frühstück bestätigt. Am Ende des Aufenthalts musste ich das Frühstück bezahlen. In der Buchungsbestätigung von Booking.com finden sich hierzu KEINE Angaben. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden die Bestätigung sollte immer die Angabe Frühstück inklusive oder NICHT inklusive enthalten. Vielleicht habe ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht. Das erklärt mir nicht warum mit zweimal, gesagt wurde, dass das Frühstück inklusive ist. In jedem Fall fühle ich mich betrogen, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich trübt. Sehr Schade
