Im Mena House fühlt man sich rundum wohl und hat auch noch die perfekte Aussicht auf die Pyramiden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, ein Frühstück direkt neben den Pyramiden ist wirklich etwas besonderes.
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Poolanlage in drei Terrassen bietet viel Platz ohne ungemütlich zu wirken.
Der Service ist sehr gut, alle Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Cons:

Leider gab es immer wieder Bauarbeiten da das Hotel gerne für Hochzeiten genutzt wird. Die Arbeiter waren allerdings so unauffällig wie möglich.

Belle vue sur les pyramides.
Pros:

Son emplacement avec la vue sur les pyramides. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Le personnel de la conciergerie est très aimable.

Cons:

Personne pour nous accueillir au petit déjeuner et beaucoup de temps d’attente pour avoir un café!
L’isolation des chambres est mauvaise. On entendait à chaque fois les gens se promener et parler dans les couloirs.
L’hôtel est très grand, c’est dommage que personne ne puisse nous faire une visite de l’hôtel.
Je trouve que le prix n’est pas justifié.

Das Hotel hat uns Herrn Ahmed Nagy als Golf Ansprechpartner und Pro organisiert.
Herrn Nagy´s Service war einzigartig gut. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Er organisiert alles, von der T-Time bis zum perfekten service am Platz.

Hotel Lage Top.
Gastronomie sehr gut.
Absolut freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Wir kommen wieder!

bitte bei der Buchung checken ob eine große Hochzeit geplant ist, wenn ja dann muss man mit starken Einschränkungen rechnen, ansonsten keine Beanstandungen

Pros:

Het hotel is de meest tot de verbeelding sprekende locatie in Caïro omdat het aan de voet van de piramiden ligt en je kan er 'pyramid' view boeken. Het hotel bestaat al lang (eind 19de eeuw) en heeft nog de charme uit de toeristische pioniersperiode, maar heeft ook alle comfort waar je maar van kan dromen.
Het oudste gedeelte van het hotel, The Palace, wordt momenteel gerenoveerd. Van de werken heb je helemaal geen last. Moesten ze niet verteld hebben dat daar een vernieuwde vleugel komt, dan zouden we het zelfs niet opgemerkt hebben.
Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De 'Concierge' service vindt een oplossing op al je vragen. De aangezien ik nogal een avonturier ben, waren dat er nogal wat...
Wij boekten een kamer met 'Pyramid View' en yes ze waren er.
Het was een fantastische ervaring. Een aantal jaar geleden verbleven we al eens in het hotel en we gaan er zeker terug.

Cons:

Hierop kan ik alleen maar NIETS antwoorden.
Het personeel, de kamers, house keeping, de restaurants, de bediening alles was top.

We vierden er onze 30ste huwelijksverjaardag en onze kamer werd iedere dag opgefleurd met een extra mooi geknoopte handdoek; als een hartje, als een zwaan, als een lief aapje en als een krokodil. Geweldig !

Lovely hotel ruined by wedding on the main garden

Lovely hotel, nice pool with good facilities. Location is great close to GEM and pyramids

I booked a trip to Egypt for my girlfriends birthday, we stayed at the Marriott Zamalek for 4 days which is probably the best hotel experience I’ve had, we came to Mena House for the last day of the trip on her birthday for GEM and dinner at the Pavilion. They booked a wedding on the main garden, directly in front of the pavilion - the view of the pyramids was obstructed & there was very loud music until 11pm. It ruined the dinner and stay for us, I wish we’d stayed at the Zamalek Marriott. It’s a lovely hotel but unfortunately a very bad experience for us.

Pros:

O hotel é incrível, fica localizado em frente as pirâmides, você toma o café da manhã com a vista privilegiada das mesmas! Quartos muito confortáveis, excelentes instalações! Funcionários muito cordiais, um dos melhores hotéis que já hospedei !
