O lugar é incrível
Tudo
We were not residents of the hotel as we were staying elsewhere but have stayed in this hotel many years ago. We ate here for 2 nights, based on our previous experiences, once in the Indian restaurant and once in the Pavilion buffet. Both meals were outstanding and the staff were just so lovely. The view of the pyramids from the restaurants is second to none and it’s worth paying a little extra to come here to eat. The hotel accepts non residents.
In addition I have to have to praise the reception staff, as I received notification on a job assessment that I was required to conduct while on holiday. My hotel did not have a business centre and I required a PC. They came to my aid and allowed me to use their computer in the club suite to conduct the exam. They went over and above the standard level of customer service. They even looked after my husband while I did it. I cannot thank them enough, you are all truly lovely and amazing and we will return as in-house guests at some point in the future.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The grounds surrounding the hotel are amazing.
Our room had a wonderful view of the Pyramids.
The Italian restaurant served excellent Italian food.
The breakfast had the most amazing bread for me and gluten free bread for my husband . Thank you Amat for your wonderful work.
We had a bath in our room which isn't practical for us. A walk in shower would be much better.
The location super near to pyramids and breakfast restaurant woth pyramids view
The hotel is a bit outdated and restaurant quality could be improved
We stayed here for a week after our Viking cruise provided beautiful and spacious room with lots of suitcases storage, large bathroom with great storage for toiletries. Had a tub/shower. AC was quiet and efficient. Balcony with table and chairs. ATM by lobby which was handy. Courteous staff. Large pool with fabulous Italian restaurant where we ate three times. 24 hour restaurant on site with great food and outdoor seating. Weather was cooler so only used the pool once, sat inside to dine. Included breakfast was amazing with Egyptian choices as well as Western. Did not try the $75 US supper buffet but menu choices were both Western and Egyptian. Had the kebabs twice, once beef, once chicken and could easily have shared them. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The view from the courtyard is of the pyramids. Our room faced the entrance with pools and waterfalls. Security is tight. They do not let unauthorized vehicles in so provide information if you are expecting a vehicle to pick you up. Used the hotel car to take us to the airport for $100 US as our transfer vehicle did not arrive. The palace on site is being renovated but there are two shops selling jewelry, etc still open inside. The Italian restaurant will move to the hotel entrance next year and space will become a spa. High end Indian restaurant next to the 24 hour restaurant. Great location as GEM was five minutes away. Highly recommend.
You can't stay closer to the pyramids!Hotel guest's can use exclusively the old entrance to Gizeh pyramids.Hotel uses its buggies to drive you at the entrance! You must purchase QRcode from official page. The hotel is very strongly secured(Dog!) and an oasis in Gizeh.Well maintained lush gardens with heated pool and springfontains.
Large garden area with 24hour! restaurant with direct view of Cheops!Amazing and very professionel staff all around the hotel! You won't rarely find this kind of staff in other hotels.Everybody saying hello and at your service and it comes from heart.Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine and admirable staff as well.Greetings to its team. They even introduced us to the cook having spend years in Sicilia and the result is just splendid.
We had a room with pyramides side view (well it actually was direct view) as the cheops seems so near, with large balcony.Rooms are very clean and well maintained but could be renovated, especially bathroom looking as coming up from old time. But will not complain as well cleaned.Housekeeping professional and very kind.Lot of complimentary water refilled every day.Reception is quite small and lobby as well but professional and prompt in requests.Lovely coffeebar with high quality offer. You don't need to worry about health regarding food as they maintain a very high level of hygiene and sanitary rules.(refilling buffets with gloves on their hands).Fruits and salads without any problems.
Finally let me give 5 stars to the whole staff especially to Menna and Kholoud of the reservation team who were prompt and professional concerning my requests and booking out airport transfer.
Spectacular facility. Outstanding, friendly staff. Great location for Giza pyramids and GEM.
Nothing at all to complain about. However, for guests looking to go to downtown and old Cairo, it is a somewhat longer drive
Location. WOW!
The place is a classic, but could use an uplift to places.
What an amazing hotel at the base of the great pyramids! Highly recommend this as a luxury hotel in Giza. Any future trips here will only be with this place. The service and attention to detail was unbelievable. From the front desk to the servers at the restaurants. Have told many people about our experience and will continue to speak with the highest regards!
