Pros:

Hôtel confortable, bien équipé. Petit déjeuner superbe !

Il faut mettre un panneau sur la porte si on veut que le ménage soit fait sinon ils ne le font pas. À la réception ne donne pas l’info , le premier jour on a été surpris

スタッフの方みなさん明るくて優しかったのと、部屋が使いやすかったです。
ストックホルム中央駅から徒歩10分くらいですが、坂あるのでもう少し時間みたほうがいいです。しかし、地下鉄の駅が隣だったので街散策の際は非常に便利でした。

Cons:

騒音程ではないが機械音みたいな音が夜中に定期的にしたので気になって寝れないことがありました。

Pros:

The staff at check in was very friendly. The breakfast was also nice with plenty of variety. Keep in mind European breakfast choices are a bit different, but there was plenty to choose from. This place was also a short walk from many restaurants, stores and a nice path that runs along the river.

Cons:

The lobby was a little dated, but my biggest complaint was the size of the room. Americans need to be warned a standard double means only one double bed in a very small room. The room & bath area was the size of the smallest cruise ship experience you could imagine. Perfect for one person, but for two people it was way too small. If I had been with a friend instead of my with my spouse it would have been awful. Just trying to pass each other to get into the bathroom was a challenge. My husband had to step out of the bathroom to have room enough to dry himself. My sister stayed in a room by herself and said it was OK.

Cons:

There was a stain on one of my pillows. This was rectified once flagged and staff apologised. However, I question overall hygiene standards throughout.

Breakfast was busy and the quality of the food was basic. I went elsewhere for breakfast after two mornings of unpleasant breakfast experiences. Staff should check in and seat guests to avoid the overall chaotic feel. The first time I went down for breakfast no one even asked for my room number. So in theory, anyone from the street could have walked in and helped themselves to breakfast.

One of the elevators was out of order and this contributed to long waits for the elevators. Most of the time I just took the stairs, if you’re on the 6th floor like I was, this was kind of annoying. It’s a cramped spiral staircase. So also annoying when more people are using the stairs.

The paint work is chipping away on the doors in the rooms so it looks a bit shabby.

Great Location, Good Hotel
Pros:

Great breakfast and bar area. The staff in both were fantastic. The hotel was located in an excellent position for tourists.

Cons:

The room floor and corridors were not clean. Our room had a very old TV.

Sehr nette Umgebung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Gehweite zur Endstation des Arlanda Express sehr ruhig auf Kungsholmen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einige sehr nette kleine Lokale. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, obwohl wir ein Superior Zimmer gebucht hatten. Leider ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet für die Anzahl an Gästen zu klein und eng bemessen.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

I was a bit worried after reading some reviews but it was great. Unfortunately we weren't able to have the requested early book in as it was too busy but it wasn't guaranteed anyway.

Staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

Breakfast had a great variety and was very fresh.

We stayed in a family room and it was excellent. Large area, big sofa bed, large double bed. Bedding was lovely and bed was comfortable.

Shower room was large with lots of hot water and lovely rituals toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner. Towels were large and soft. Hairdryer was good and not one of those attached ones that barely blow!

Not a great selection of tea and coffee but adequate.

We ordered room service one evening and food was nice.

Location was excellent. 10 minute walk to City Hall to walk up the tower. 20 minutes to old town. One stop to central station from the subway under the hotel. Hotel booked us taxis and these arrived within minutes.

It felt very safe.

I would definitely study again.

La ubicación muy bien, no en el centro pero cerca de todo a 10-20 min caminando

Cons:

Bastante gente, los ascensores se quedaban escasos. El desayuno se llenaba mucho también pero siempre había lugar. No me gustó que no permitan early chk in, pero si pagabas 10 € por hora sí que lo tenías, entonces no era cuestión de disponibilidad
La cama matrimonial era pequeña y con bajada hacia el centro además estaba pegada a la pared por un lado y a los pies tampoco tenía espacio, así q había que entrar saltando como un tigre
