Pros:

Great location and excellent breakfast service and friendly staff

Cons:

Standard double rooms are kind of small and the bed is against to wall so it’s not easy to get in and out of bed.. Also there is a tv stand attached on the wall next to bed . It makes it even more difficult to get in and out of the bed.

Cons:

Katastrof med hissen. Vi bodde på plan 1 MEN hade barnvagn och hissen stannade knappt där eller så var hissen full och vi fick stå och vänta länge. Vi missade tom taxin pga detta. Dessutom var 1 av tre hissar trasig.

Worth staying here for location and comfort

Good location to central station. They upgraded our room as we had not realised we booked a compact rail on that was small.

Śniadania ok ( tyle różnego jedzenia ze można sobie dopasowac) chociaz gwarno i tłoczno bywało.

Cons:

Zbyt maly pokój ( w pokoju w zasadzie tylko łózka i wąskie przejścia między sciana a łóżkiem.
brak miejsca na walizki, 1 krzesło w 3osobowym pokoju, stoliczek tak maly ze kawa i herbata i 2 kubki były w szafie przy wejściu;)

We loved Stockholm and are recommending it as a destination to friends as well as the hotel.
Pros:

We found the welcome on arrival very 'welcoming', the staff were responsive and kind. The breakfast was excellent, with a superb range of choices for guests to choose from.

Cons:

One member of our party found the temperature in the room at night too hot. Is there a mechanism to alter it to be cooler?

Two guests routinely drink decaffeinated tea and coffee which are widely available in the UK and in Europe generally. We were surprised that apart from instant decaffeinated coffee there was no alternative. Fruit teas were offered but they are not to the taste of everyone. Both items are freely available.
