Amazing birthday night away
Pros:

I’ve stayed at the park Hyatt before and I always thought it was the best for buffet but I really rated the Hilton’s breakfast and the coffee was amazing, really impressive service too

You can’t sell harbour view rooms at a premium price when there are cruise ships parked 10m in front of your balcony

Very convenient pre-cruise hotel in need of an update
Pros:

I appreciated that they tried to accommodate earlier check in at 1pm instead of the 3pm. However, I was informed that I would get a text when my room was ready which I never received. I just went back to the front desk at 1pm to check again and discovered that a room was now available. I was also assigned an accessible room which I didn’t request, but decided not to complain and ask for a room switch since I was only staying 2 nights pre-cruise. I agree with other reviewers that the rooms are dated and could use an update. Breakfast was great with nice views of the marina. The location is perfect for pre-cruise as the cruise port entrance is right next door. It’s worth it for the pre-cruise convenience, but if you’re staying for more than a few days, you may want to find a more updated hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay except for shower issue and dinner , we will come again 👍

Exceptional service from all the staff from the bottom to the top 👍Amazing room with superb views although furniture a little tired. Shower was very difficult for my elderly husband very slippery tiles and too near the door so we had flooding!

Cons:

Bathroom shower I think there has been problems with the water coming out onto the carpet before? There wasn’t a rubber mat or something to stop you slipping. Sorry but we did not enjoy the dinner we had @ Fish with our guests.
