Gute Lage mit Einschränkung und sonst guter Hilton Standard
Pros:

Hilton Standard - war alles ordentlich und das Personal sehr nett. Lage ist top - wir hatten einen wundervollen Blick auf die Stadt mit Eckzimmer - (aber auch durch Lärm ein Manko)…Das Frühstück ist gut

Cons:

Leider ist zum Hafen hin viel Gehupe der Fähren und mit offenem Balkon ist es leider sehr laut - dann kamen die Kreuzfahrer und wir guckten auf eine Schiffswand … wenn auch beeindruckend - somit nur ok

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage

Cons:

Kein 5 Sterne Status und Service. Auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber Schimmel in den Ecken in der Dusche und die Fliesenwand hinter der Badewanne wurde wohl lange nicht geputzt. Wir konnten erst um 17 Uhr ins Zimmer, obwohl Check-in ab 15 Uhr angegeben ist. Mussten also lange in der Bar warten. Obwohl Highspeed Internet für Hilton Honors Member angepriesen wird, hatten wir nur ca 0.7 MBS Download und 0.3 Upload. Nach vielen Minuten am Telefon mit Rezeption und IT Service (schwer zu verstehen) wurde es für genau 15 Minuten auf ca 10 MBS Download geboostet. Danach hatten wir 1.5-3.4 MBS. Kleinigkeiten in der Bar. Es kommt kein Service für die Bestellung. Ab und zu gibt es Knabbereien zum Drink aber keine Serviette.

Good location.

Cons:

Both mornings ran out of food and utensils causing waiting 5-10 minutes for replen. This was a real shame as staff were friendly so not sure if poor organisation or lack of staff.

Wonderful location
Pros:

Comfortable and luxurious. Bath was wonderful after a hard day of travel . Bed was comfortable and views over the harbour excellent.

Cons:

lauter durch sie Sirenen/Hupen der Fähren und wir hatten am letzten Tag ein Kreuzfahrtschiff vor der Nase im 7. Stock - urban aber eben nicht wirklich ruhig …

Dated bathrooms with unsightly grout. TV could be casted to and per-programmed items didn’t work. Bed uncomfortable with a crown and two dips either side. Room was not ready for an hour & a half after 3pm check in time. Breakfast buffet was cold and coffee was obviously machine made not by a barista - not good.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel on the waterfront, sleek, wonderful breakfast buffet with attentive staff. They were quite full given the Gran Prix regatta. My only complaint was that the regatta and its diplomats took precedence over the average guest….e.g. Bellini bar closed two nights for a special regatta event, restaurant could not accommodate seating and while they did accommodate in room dining, dinner took 2.5 hours after it had been ordered ( they said it would take 1 hour. Pool was closed for renovations. Concierge was wonderful and helpful.

Summer Fun!
Pros:

It was great to be here again, and over summer this time with the added bonus of actual summery weather in Auckland. There was a lot of sunbathing on the balcony to celebrate. It was a superbly relaxing two days and one night stay, but, alas, all too brief.

Pros:

You can’t beat the location on the water. Large terrace was a bonus. Spacious comfortable room. Staff were friendly and professional

Pros:

Nära till hamnområdet för båtutflykter mm.
Bra restauranger i närheten av hotellet.
Bra och tyst ventilations- och kylsystem.

Cons:

Dåligt städat på rummet.
Stannade 3 nätter varan 1,5 dag med stora kryssningsfartyg utanför balkongfönstren. Ingen upplysning via Booking eller direkt från hotellet i förhand att mycket stora fartyg lägger till direkt utanför hotellet.
Mycket dåligt klinkergolv på balkongen.
Inte prisvärt i förhållande till ovan nämnda kommentarer.
