Pros:

Loved the sheets and the bed was comfy and the room was great and the kumara chips were amazing they were so darn good

Do not like glass door in bathroom as it means when light is on , a person sleeping is disturbed as light shines through the grass door.

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly. The room was perfect. Very clean.

Cons:

The breakfast , the bacon was hard and they ran out of things and didn't replace them. We had to ask for various things. Even bowls and spoons.

Was looking forward to top end get away for the weekend but did not happen!
Pros:

Superb location, room was lovely and big with promised harbour views!

Cons:

Shower was not working properly and when I advised the team I was promised it would be fixed immediately, we returned to our room at 11pm to find shower still not working, was then told it would be fixed in the morning, but we needed a shower that night.
Sunday breakfast took 45 minutes for two poached eggs and I had to follow up with wait staff twice.

Schönes Hotel mit schönen Blich auf den Hafen
Pros:

Das liegt schön auf einem alten Pier. Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Die Nachbargebäude auf dem Pier standen zum großen Teil leer und die zugeparkte Straße auf dem Pier macht den Eindruck etwas kaputt.

Same story with Hilton, you want the extra you have to pay for it all.

There was a bottle of wine included in booking - nothing mentioned or supplied or highlighted that there was anything complimentary.

Great Bath, Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Air con was not working, was offered to move rooms but it was near the gala dinner that was on. We had to have the door open until somone around us started to smoke pot!
