It definitely didn't feel worthy of its price point. Not even close

Cons:

The room we booked advertised 2 queen beds, we received double beds not queen. There were motrin tablets on the carpet from the past guest, the conditioner dispenser fell off wall and was empty in our bath tub upon arrival, there was garbage all over the floor in the ice room as the garbage can was full and no one picked it up so guests put it on the floor, the water in the sink took forever to drain and the noise level was obnoxious with screaming kids which was hardly relaxing. Lastly in the pictures there was a hot tub in the pool area which was a reason we booked it but none existed.

The spa was amazing but the room was not what was expected.
Pros:

The Ceruleun Spa was amazing!

Cons:

The temperature of the room was really warm even though they said that an "engineer" looked at it. It appeared that the thermostat needed a new battery. We couldn't get it under 76 degrees! Also the couch was like a chaise lounge rather than a sofa bed and needed to ask for linens that really didn't fit and came outside of our room in a trash bag.

Service was unacceptable. Staff not prepared to support guest . Hidden fees. Room not ready until 9pm, no security to guarantee pool safety ( unauthorized minor endangering other guests)

Incredibly frustrating with no transparency.
Pros:

The rooms were updated nicely and clean. Restaurant and Starbucks on site were nice.

Cons:

The entire reason for booking the property was to visit the pool with my young son. Upon check in we were told the pool would be opened that evening. Every day the staff said the pool would be open soon. The pool never opened as they were having issues balancing the salinity. I would have rather been told upfront they would not be open. I would have cancelled my reservation and found a different hotel in the area with a pool. There are many. Instead we left days later incredibly upset with a very sad and disappointed toddler.

Pros:

Gratis parkeren. Ruime kamer met gedeeltelijk uitzicht op het meer. Lekker gegeten in de bar.

Cons:

Alle ramen lek waardoor ie niet naar buiten kon kijken door vocht tussen de ramen. Badkamer matig (donkere rand langs douchevloer en deur versleten), bank op de kamer vies. Kamer viel voor deze prijs nog al tegen. Gelukkig waren we er maar voor 1 nacht
