We were just in Orlando to move my grandaughter. Had stayed before very convenient

Sketchy
Pros:

If you do not know the area, let me tell you it may be close to UCF, but it’s not on the good side. If you need to be close to UCF stay on university Boulevard in one Hilton‘s other properties. This property is close to colonial Drive and is very sketchy. We will not stay there again. There was a domestic dispute while we were there three cop cars were called. Just don’t do it.

Close to the UCF arena
Pros:

Andrea at the front desk was awesome!

Cons:

Half the plugs didnt work. The air was also testy. Was very cold on arrival. It was very hot when returned in the evening and never fully cooled off over night.

Good location. But very dirty
Pros:

This is a very old and dirty hotel. We found a roach in the bathroom and hair and dirt everywhere. Stains on the sheets. It seems recently painted. The lobby smells of Lysol but the rest of the hotel smells musky. Our key stopped working and the front desk employee that had to get off his TikTok videos to assist seemed irritated about resetting our key. Everything is just run down and uncleaned. We wore our flip flops the entire time. We also bought cleaning supplies and hand soap and towels from the store. The place they put your “clean towels” is un cleaned and dirty and dusty. Needs a real deep clean.

We have stayed at this hotel previously and it has always been wonderful with great service

Puts the meh in memorable
Pros:

Check in was seamless. Disappointed to discover breakfast isn’t included. The hallways are a bit grim with harsh, industrial lighting. The room definitely smells … off. Like something is lurking under the baby powder scent. The ac isn’t amazing and there is a LOT of road noise. The bed seems comfortable enough. It’s okay but I’m glad it’s only one night.

The location was okay.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work and I had to call the repairman by 2am. They couldn’t fix the issue and gave me a big fan which was making noises when turned on. My stay was terrible.

Super nice and quite place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Also, the room was spacious and CLEAN. Much appreciated that.

Cons:

A misunderstanding on my second day of stay. I made the reservation separately, and the hotel and booking charged for the stay. I must dispute the double charge.

Nice hotel but not memorable
