Fantastic overnight stay at high quality hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Extremely happy for the airport terminal and train to CPH. Great choices at breakfast. Bar area, rooms and lobby really high quality.

Cons:

It was expensive rate per night for single traveller.

Worth the money (considering the location)
Pros:

The location is perfect, the room comfortable, and the breakfast wonderful.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms due to noise, but the staff member who helped us was very friendly and extremely helpful. The staff member who greeted us at arrival and checked us out could have used the example and assistance of a more senior colleague. They gave quite an unfriendly impression to us (it's the first time I felt like I was inconveniencing a hotel by showing up), and rude to other guests. I understand that they might have been overwhelmed by the busy high-season, but considering the prices this hotel charges the very least one could expect is a friendly tone from the staff.

Bom hotel. Bom apoio para quem chega a Copenhaga e não segue logo para o destino.
Pros:

Localização anexa ao aeroporto. Distância a pé do desembarque.

Cons:

Recepção a precisar de mais gente. Check-in e check-out sempre em espera e até com aspecto meio caótico.

Loved the hotel, but some staff need further customer service training as they are the face of the hotel/ company
Pros:

Great for early morning flight.

Cons:

The bar staff no personality, not friendly poor service. Purchased a coffee waited 25 mins to receive it and it was cold.

It was OK
Pros:

Airport location is very good. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The room had dusty draws and hair in the sink, the carpets were old. Water pressure was poor we were on level 11. The towel change out was had to be asked as buy 3.30pm they still had not been changed
