Diseño. Calidez y profesionalismo de personal. En recepción, Günay nos recibió de la mejor forma, y pudimos acceder a la habitación en menos de cinco minutos, ideal luego de un aéreo muy prologado. Lucas, al otro día fue un anfitrión de clase internacional al acceder al área de desayuno (recomendable). La experiencia en sí fue superlativa, dándonos a la familia la posibilidad de retomar fuerzas para explorar Dinamarca

Great hotel to start our holiday in Denmark
Pros:

Very convenient location for us, an easy walk from the airport even with bicycle boxes and luggage. Close to public transport for going into Copenhagen. Great breakfast, didn’t have to eat for the rest of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff (thanks Juliana), gave us a space to assemble and store our bicycles. Right on the bike path for starting our bicycle tour.

Mediocre stay at best but can't beat proximity to airport terminal
Pros:

Proximity to airport was why we stayed here and that was the highlight (could not be any more convenient). Looking back, I think that's the only thing this hotel had going for it.

Cons:

Front desk staff were not nearly as pleasant as anywhere else we stayed in Denmark. The breakfast had a lot of options but was not the cleanest. At least one member of the staff working the breakfast area had bad body odor. Room was a bit stuffy.
