The location was amazing - we were in town for a concert and really loved that we were able to walk to Bridgestone Arena from the hotel's front doors. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, and we're overall pleased with the space as a whole.
Unfortunately, we had a hiccup at check in, where they couldn't find our booking because their internal system doesn't talk to Booking's system. They tried to say that they were overbooked and didn't know if a room would be available, but when I pulled receipts of my booking and paying for a room with them 6 months ago through booking, they were able to "make it happen" (providing me with the room that I paid for). If they're going to continue to work with third party systems, they need to make sure they're actually paying attention to them for the ease of their guests.
Convenience to Bridgestone
Found trash on the floor of the room. No cups for water, no fridge or coffee option in our room. Price of room should include the parking fee as well.

Front desk staff was not very friendly.
The location couldn't have been better. Had a great view of Broadway and all the attractions right from our window. Easy walk to most everything like Bridgestone Arena, restaurants, bars and other venues.
It was expensive in general but the parking was especially too high. Just for one night Valet was $65.
The $60.00 to park in the garage. Absolutely ridiculous, when our room was over 400.00.

GREAT LOCATION.
There was a super nasty smell either coming from the drain or from somewhere in the bathroom. They came and checked it immediately but the smell would come and go.
Great beautiful clean hotel and great location. Would love to stay there every time go to Nashville.

Staff in the breakfast area were not friendly the only nice lady was Susie the lady that cooked our omelette
Susie prepared an omelet for me in the breakfast restaurant that was delicious and set me up for the day. She engaged in a warm conversation about California, my home state, and ensured a personal experience. It’s these types of connections that will keep me coming back to stay with brand.
