Great location, valet parking employees was very nice and friendly.
Not as clean as it should be, outdated rooms, extremely overpriced for the facility. Perfect location but needs a lot of updating and elevator was very junky.

We wanted to check in early and Catherine was able to make it happen for us! It was so nice to get in our room before heading to the concert we came in town for at The Ryman. We had a great stay and our room was amazing!
Susie made us delicious omlets and engaged in friendly conversations with us. She was a delight !
After a crazy night at LaGuardia, arriving at the Hilton Nashville Downtown and being greeted by Catherine and Will was exactly what I needed.
I was exhausted and they made check-in so easy and stress-free. They were kind, welcoming, and helped get me settled into my room right away, which I truly appreciated after such a long night of travel!!
Their friendly attitude completely turned my night around and made me feel taken care of the moment I walked in. A huge thank you to both of them for making such a stressful travel day end on a great note!!

Terrible experience. The manager, Shannon, was absolutely horrible. Our room keys did not work on multiple occasions and instead of assisting our group, she threatened to evict us for being upset. It was very frustrating to be locked out of our room every time we tried to use our keys. Just an awful experience. Do NOT stay at this hotel!

It’s a super high traffic hotel, so was the room a little worn? Yes (that’s why only 4 stars). But it was super clean. The bed was comfortable the pillows were great and the bathroom was spotless. And I LOVE Hiltons contactless check-in & check-out & digital key option. In A world full of crappy apps, the Hilton app has never let me down. The location is awesome and no complaints in regard to parking. We will be back.
As always our stay is exceptional. Want to compliment both Susie and Denisa in the restaurant for their friendly service that made the end of our stay memorable.
