Catherine, is an absolute rockstar she got our group checked in extremely quick, provided excellent customer service, expedited our room check-in, and made our stay the best ever. I would make sure if you’re checking in the Hilton you find Catherine because she will make your stay awesome.

Catherine at the front desk was excellent during our check-in. She was welcoming, professional, and made the process quick and easy. She also took the time to explain the Hilton Honors Wi-Fi and how to access it, which was very helpful. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile to make guests feel taken care of right from the start. Thank you, Catherine, for such a smooth and pleasant check-in experience.

Perfect location, average stay

Stayed here a few years ago. Location is perfect.
Room was less than perfect. Booked through TripAdvisor and in the description stated executive lounge access. Checked in and she was quite rude stating that I’m mistaken and I must have picked the wrong room when I booked. I didn’t. I double and triple checked this before I booked. No access. Got in room and had severe wear and tear. Needs to be redone. No plug or nightstand on left side of bed was very annoying. Lighting in bathroom was very dim. Shower and temp control was fine. Bed was average. Could hear lots of noise in our street side room all night. Request an inside room with view of lobby out your window if available. Will stay somewhere else next time in Nashville.

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights. We were so close to almost everything. Bridgestone arena right next door , Hall of Fame across the street, Broadway a block away. Only thing we had to drive to was the Grand ole Opry. Room was clean with a great view. FYI executive lounge is at lobby level not on executive floor. Breakfast in the lobby was a nice buffet with omelets etc. staff was efficient and courteous. Would recommend this hotel!
