The shower/tub was very outdated. $61 on top of the room fee to park was ridiculous.

Not much parking. So it was either pay for valet or park down the street then walk to the hotel.

Catherine at the Hilton Downtown Nashville made our check-in experience exceptional. She greeted us with a warm smile, upgraded our room, and clearly explained our $30 daily credit. Her friendly attitude and helpfulness set the tone for a great stay. It’s always nice to be welcomed by someone who truly enjoys taking care of guests!
I came in considerably earlier than check in time but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Specifically, Catherine. She took care of all of my inquiries and got me checked in. She even gave me local recommendations of things to do and places to go.
Angel was the best valet I’ve ever seen in my entire life. He hustled harder than anyone else on the team. His customer service and attitude were phenomenal, he gave great recommendations for local food, music, and activities! We watched our dash cam and he was extremely careful with our vehicle. He made our arrival and departure amazing.

Worst experience ever, especially for the price five individuals at check-in watch two disabled men struggle to get their carts to the elevator. The restaurant wasdespicable half of the items on the menu were not available. The only positive review I would have for this establishment was checkout the valet went and beyond to help us get our things loaded the night crew could learn something from the morning crew.
They did an awesome job! Our first trip here and made a good choice staying here.
Catherine, is an absolute rockstar she got our group checked in extremely quick, provided excellent customer service, expedited our room check-in, and made our stay the best ever. I would make sure if you’re checking in the Hilton you find Catherine because she will make your stay awesome.
