Convenient to Broadway but too close if you want to be able to sleep without hearing music until 2am when the bars close

Pros:

Carly Campbell, front desk supervisor came to my rescue today!!!! I could not get my boarding pass on my phone. When I made a request to print ticket I was notified there was a problem and couldn’t print. Carly took the time to figure out and she was able to print boarding passes!!! She is a huge asset to your team. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Pros:

Did not eat breakfast at hotel.
Did get coffee drinks at Starbucks coffee shop. Staff unfriendly in there.

Only complaint is I booked 2 rooms with king beds and both of our rooms had 2 double beds
