My stay at Park Cities Hilton was great! The rooms were super clean, staff were friendly, and Pascal was an awesome valet & had my car pulled down right as I was needing to leave in the morning! Highly recommend staying at Park Cities!!

This hotel has gotten so bad it’s almost funny. Located in a good area, they have let the property completely fall apart. The rooms are filthy and outdated. The carpets are nasty and the bathrooms are gross. It’s shocking that Hilton hasn’t fixed this place. It now attracts the appropriate clientele. When I first stayed here 10 years ago it was a perfect hotel for business travel. Now it is full of idiots, playing music and screaming at each other through the walls and fighting in the halls at midnight. When you call the front desk someone who doesn’t speak English will answer and act confused. Do not stay at this hotel is you want to sleep. Do stay at this hotel if you like meth and crime and idiots. Do better Hilton. Tear it down, start again.

The valet parking is top notch, especially Elsa and Pascal.

Wonderful stay from start to finish! The check-in experience set the tone—Stephen was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to get us an early check-in, which made a huge difference after traveling.

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The fitness center was well appointed, and we enjoyed having a fridge and safe in our room.

The location couldn’t be better—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall good stay. Staff are really friendly, especially Amanda and Jesse. Rooms are generally comfortable and quiet. While I will say the pillows aren't very good (too soft) and the A/C is crazy, I'd stay here again.

Fantastic experience. We brought a large group of students to and the staff were very accommodating to our group needs. Checking in with Kabir was fast, courteous, and efficient.

I was most pleased with the kindness of Kabir to track down an item that I had left behind. He represents the hotel so well!

The Hilton Dallas/ Park Cities was comfortable for my business travel. Kabir at the front desk checked me it and later printed a last minute document I needed. I appreciate this "extra." I will definitely consider staying here again for another trip to the area!

My wife and I stayed at this Hilton over the weekend while visiting our daughter, and we really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, which always sets the tone for a good trip.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after long days of being out and about. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt well taken care of. It was nice to come back each evening and actually be able to relax and unwind.

The location worked out perfectly for us, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. No complaints at all just a smooth, easy stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
