Pros:

Room size is good sea view is great staff are brilliant right next to the Gozo ferry terminal and bus station

Cons:

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

Очень вежливый персонал, откликается на любые просьбы, хороший и чистый бассейн с морской водой, великолепные завтраки и ужины, на любой вкус и рыба, морепродукты и мясо, много овощей и фруктов, разнообразные десерты, для детей морожено в не ограниченном количестве, хорошее расположение, хороший европейский тихий отель, с вечерними развлекательными программами, близкое расположение к порту и за 20 мин вы уже на острове Гозо

Na duży plus wielkość pokoju, dla trzech osób bardzo komfortowy, córka miała osobne dużo łóżko.

Cons:

W pokoju tylko jedno europejskie gniazdko do prądu. Bardzo monotonne jedzenie i jakościowo też nie najlepsze.

Piscine trop salé… c’était impressionnant de voir une piscine salée dans un premier temps, dans lequel il n’est pas agréable d’y mettre le visage vu qu’elle pique les yeux et irrite le corps…

At Booking, the hotel looks impressive, but the reality is different.

Although the hotel advertises wellness facilities, including a sauna and massage services, these are not available. This was misleading and disappointing. The entire property is very old and poorly maintained. It is clean, but clearly in need of renovation. Only the lobby appears to have been renovated. The gym is small and poorly equipped, unpleasent even. The food is just ok, but definitely not at the level expected from a 4 star hotel. As for the children’s facilities, it would be generous to call them “children’s facilities.”
Overall, this is at best a 3 star hotel, certainly not a 4 star property. I would not recommend it to guests expecting a 4 star experience.

Hôtel confortable
Pros:

Belle chambre, propre et spacieuse. Gros point négatif concernant le bruit. La chambre était située au rez-de-chaussée, très proche du restaurant et de la réception, ce qui la rendait particulièrement bruyante. Bien qu’il y ait une vue sur mer, une route très passante se trouve entre le bâtiment et la mer, avec un trafic important jour et nuit. Le bruit était donc constant, aussi bien en journée que la nuit.
Repas sous forme de buffet très variés;

Cons:

Route très fréquentée et bruyante entre l'hôtel et la mer.
Sauna en panne.
Sèche cheveux peu puissant et très vétuste.
Pommeau de douche qui mériterait un bon détartrage.
