like a palace
Pros:

we chose this hotel, because the suite was big and had a kitchen with a big refrigerator. it was necessary for us to
store food for a few meals, it was very convenient.
there were some accessibility issues. there was no low reception desk to help guest with wheelchairs. and the public accessible restroom had a heavy door.

יותר מפואר פחות נגיש
Pros:

המלון מפואר ויוקרתי, נוף מקסים מהמרפסת.
מנהלת הקבלה סבה היתה מקסימה ועזרה למלא את בקשותינו, איש הבטחון אנדרואיד היה נחמד ומלא רצון טוב

Cons:

יש בעיות נגישות:
* אין דלפק מונמך לאורחים בכסאות גלגלים
* בשירותי נכים בלובי הדלת לתא הנגיש קשה לפתיחה, צריך לשחרר את הקפיץ של הדלת

Luxury in this valley!
Pros:

Beautiful luxurious hotel in Salt Lake City! The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are top luxury.
The Laurel restaurant is 5 star delicious!
Our room was 2468. We loved it except for the bathroom fan sounded like a freight train and there’s no way to turn it off. Thank goodness for the doors to block the sound while sleeping but otherwise it’s pretty intense. It didn’t stop us from enjoying this wonderful hotel though.

Avoid if large group is booked.
Pros:

For many years we have stayed across the street at Little America, but decided to splurge the extra $hundred+ each night for daughters Univ UT graduation week stay. Well, it is definitely not worth the extra $. While rooms are more classically sophisticated, the extra room in the suite is not useful. Lobby bar and Gibsons are great for cocktails and snacks, unless the place is booked for a conference or private parties take over. Both happened in our case so the beautiful atmosphere felt like a circus. The coffee shop line for morning coffee was always 10-20 min long. We had no place to sit in the lobby waiting for extended family or drink morning coffee. Look, its stunning, beautiful, and classic - worth every penny if not full with conference , which they seem to cater to. Save yourself $hundreds, stay at Little America, enjoy the ample space and much better restaurant and suites, and walk across the street for a cocktail, as long as circus is not in town
