Magnifique hôtel 5 étoiles qui mérite clairement sa réputation.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire. Le check-in a été rapide, efficace et très professionnel. L'entrée de l'hôtel est absolument somptueuse et donne immédiatement le ton.

Nous avions réservé deux chambres : une chambre classique et une avec vue. Très bonne surprise, les deux bénéficiaient d'une belle vue et étaient spacieuses, élégantes et parfaitement entretenues.

Le parking est très pratique, avec le choix entre un parking en libre-service ou un service voiturier. L'accès direct à l'hôtel par ascenseur est un vrai plus.

Les équipements sont excellents, avec une piscine intérieure et une piscine extérieure très agréables. En soirée, un chanteur se produit au bar, ce qui crée une ambiance raffinée et très agréable pour terminer la journée.

Malgré ces quelques détails, notre séjour a été excellent. Un établissement luxueux, idéalement situé, avec un service irréprochable. Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement.

Cons:

Quelques petits points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : la literie de la chambre classique est un peu étroite pour un hôtel de ce standing, et il est dommage qu'aucun peignoir ne soit mis à disposition pour se rendre à la piscine

The Grand America Hotel is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend.
Pros:

The Grand America Hotel was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Even though it is a big hotel it felt like home. It was beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The Laurel Restaurant was very good and the service was excellent.

Fantastic hotel let down by some of the staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and facilities

Cons:

We found the staff to be less than welcoming, indifferent is the word I would use, starting from check in where we were left standing by a receptionist who left the desk half way through checking us in and didn’t return for a good length of time for so long in fact that her colleague had completed 2 check ins at the next desk before she returned.
