I had high expectations and they were not met. I felt lied to.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed.

Cons:

I asked in advance for a room with a view and the hotel granted the request. Then when we got there they said we couldn’t have a room with a view. But the manager said he would give me a $100 credit. When I got my bill, I did not get the credit - so he lied. I could not find a phone number to talk to the front desk to correct the error. Extremely frustrating and pretty much ruined the stay.

AMAZING stay! Luxury and quality - I cannot wait to come back
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely incredible!!! I cant recommend staying here enough. It is truly an amazing experience from top to bottom. The hotel and service and every detail are immaculate and lovely. The pool is amazing, as was the room I stayed in. The bed was comfortable. It was clean, and the the room was huge with an amazing view and a lovely bath tub to have a relaxing luxurious soak. It is a quick 10 mins from the airport, with easy parking or valet.

This hotel has so much to offer, with shops, pool, garden, lounge, restaurant, spa and just decadent details everywhere. Be sure to map out time to hang at the hotel because you will want to.

If youre in Salt Lake, I would recommend staying here over anywhere else because you will get your money's worth of ambiance, quality, service, and experience. 5 Stars - AMAZING!

Cons:

Not much to complain about - it was amazing. The only thing I could note is the shower head in my room was quite low, it could be raised because if you are over 5'8 its a little tight.

Pros:

Location was great, lots that we could walk to.
Hotel was beautiful. Sister hotel across was also very nice. We had dinner there one night. It was excellent.

Cons:

I thought that it was odd that there was no housekeeping whatsoever on Sunday. I have never been to a hotel where they didn't clean your room each day.
