Pros:

The staff were all very nice. We had trouble with the parking app not working and they helped us out.

Cons:

The room just wasn't clean. The carpets felt very gross on bare feet and the couch was damp for our one night stay. We asked about this and they said it probably got oversteamed during cleaning. But I don't know why you wouldn't make sure the furniture is dry before letting guests use the room. The bathroom was the worst part, there was brown buildup on the shower handle and hair in the tub when we got there. And the bathroom door felt like it was going to fall off and was in need of repair.

Excellent
Pros:

Location was great! The night staff was exceptional. We went to a Cubs night game so we were late checking in. The staff was just as nice and accommodating late. Breakfast was awesome! The lady was non stop busy. She kept food full and eating area clean. Yes I did tip her!

Cons:

The pop in the market was outdated, but that was okay, I drank it anyway.

Customer service is good but the rooms were trash for the price
Cons:

Sink in room was clogged, light switch didn't work at all when entered the room, stains on carpet, toilet sits really low, I had to swing the door all the way open to walk in just to get past the toilet, the ac was either too cold or too hot no medium temperature, and really dim in the couch area

Clean. great staff but in need of upgrades
Pros:

Stayed here one night as part of a wedding party. Checkin was smooth. The desk agents were very friendly. The hotel was very clean in the common areas and the room. The room was very outdated. The carpet was coming up at the seams and it was "squishy," This room had the sink and mirror in the main area. If noise bothers you, will hear planes every 30 minutes or so. The location is great though, right off the interstate and away from the hustle and bustle. I'd give it a 3.5 but can't get over the shabbiness of the room.
