Great front desk manager
Sofa cama
El sofa cama es un muy duro
We were stranded at OHare because of storms in the midwest and 40+ hours of flying/airport time. We needed to sleep so got a room here. The shuttle from the airport was so convenient. Reception at the hotel were nice. We weren't supposed to check in until 4:00 but they did their best to accommodate us and got us in a little early. Room/bed was comfortable and we slept well.
There was big drama in the morning because lots of people had to get to the airport early. There were too many people for the shuttle so the desk attendant resourcefully called a cab for the rest of us. I appreciated her efficiency.
4:00 check in seems kind of late
The towels were scratchy. Time to refresh!
Pure winter weather chaos let us at the airport all day, we arrived and were instantly greeted with sweetness and over the top generosity were second to none. They asked if I had my luggage and I said no it’s still at the airport and I was kindly given toothpaste and a toothbrush and a small deodorant bar!! Then when we thought they couldn’t be any kinder, they gave us a whole pizza to enjoy without batting an eye!! Michelle and Bobby are true angels and deserve all the praise!! They knew exactly how to make a chaotic day much more relaxing!!
During our visit to a nearby university our daughter will be attending, we chose this property for our stay — and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. The staff went above and beyond in every way, with Michelle deserving a special mention for her outstanding hospitality. She truly set the bar high! We’re already looking forward to returning for future visits, confident that we’ll receive the same warm, attentive service and comfortable experience every time.
