L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta della struttura è stata la colazione: era prevalentemente dolce.
Io normalmente preferisco la colazione dolce quando sono a casa; tuttavia, quando sono in vacanza opto per quella salata e mi ha fatto strano trovare solo le uova sode in un hotel in America (mi aspettavo bacon, uova strapazzate/fritte e salsiccine)

Tricity is always very helpful and kind, we always choose this spark for the kind and helpful staff. Tricity has been with us for every stay and has gotten us an early check in multiple times now and we will continue to come just for her.

Terrible experience. After driving 4 hours with 3 small children, we arrived with difficulty on June 2nd at 10:30 pm. We were attended to by the supposed front desk manager, who was unprofessional and didn't even have a name tag to take his name. Then, in the lobby hallways, there was a very strong smell of marijuana and cigarette butts on the floor, which was dirty and old. When I went up to my room, to my surprise, they had a hot room with no air conditioning; it wasn't working. Then they sent someone to check, who didn't even know where he was standing. In the end, I asked to change rooms, and the man at the front desk confirmed that he had nothing more to offer me, again displaying his unprofessionalism. He told me he would give me a refund and a phone number that apparently belongs to the reservations department, which also doesn't resolve anything. It's been more than 15 days, and they still haven't returned my money. I had to leave at that hour with my crying children, without a hotel and with terrible service. Anyway, at 2 AM I was able to find another hotel for my stay. In short, a terrible experience. If you, reading this review, are traveling with children, think twice unless you like places like this: motel-style, dirty, smelling of marijuana, and with terrible service.

La ubicación es espectacular y que no hay que pagar parqueo por noche, me he hospedado 3 veces en este hotel y lo seguiré haciendo
No hay variedad en los desayunos siempre son Bagels y jugo de naranja y/o manzana

Hotel ok. Śniadania typowo amerykańskie. Darmowy bus do universal studio, ale jedzie tylko raz o 8.25 i wraca raz o 18.
El hotel es cercano a todo lo importante de Orlando, tiene shuttle gratis a los parques dé Universal y Disney lo único que el regreso es muy temprano y no puedes ver los show de noche, el desayuno incluido es básico podría estar mejor pero funciona, realmente el hotel es muy bueno por el precio.
La habitación olía a húmedo.
