Excellent for the price and location
Pros:

The staff is absolutely amazing! I wanna leave a special thanks to Tricity, the amazing employee who took care of our check-in process. She is an amazing troubleshooter, excellent multitasker, not to mention how kind she is.
The rooms were clean and spacious, they didn’t charge us for receiving packages and the breakfast was pretty decent for the price
There were a lot of improvements in the property since it was changed to Spark by Hilton. Way more modern and clean.

Cons:

I guess the main downside for me is that the hotel tried to charge our card before we arrived at the property. At that time, I was still in the airplane on my way there, so I couldn’t confirm it with my bank and our reservation got canceled. Thanks to Tricity, it all worked out and we had a great experience. However, I see that as a problem since when we booked the room we were informed - by booking - that we would only be charged at check in.

I’d also like to mention that I miss the waffle machine from when this hotel was country inn. I get it that there was a change in management, but it would be great if you guys could bring it back, it was delicious.
