Stay away
Pros:

Housekeeping: we asked for weekly, but had to call and they didn't come that day to change linen and towels.
Reached out again and they placed the linen/towels in our room.
Breakfast: On 2 occasions when we tried to attend breakfast, there wasn't any breakfast setup and no front desk staff to ask.
The linen is gross 😝 ripped and stained!!!

Great for the price
Pros:

I like this place. Ive stayed here many times. This time we had a hot water issue and staff fixed it as fast as possible.

Cons:

The room I got this time did have a broken bathroom fan. And it wasnt as clean as normal.

The room was dated and in generally poor condition. Both bed frames were broken and very noisy therefore the mattresses were uncomfortable. The breakfast was limited and substandard.

Overall nice bedroom with some issues.
Pros:

The Bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was nice.

Cons:

The couch/sofa was dirty, dusty and very old. Washroom faucets were not up to mark. Refrigerator was not functioning properly.

It was close to everything

Cons:

Room was tidy but not the cleanest, my wife bought cleaners and washed bathroom doors and shower, and fireplace didn’t work, they offered another room where it might have worked but we were settled already but other than that we rested well and was very quiet, breakfast was only continental expected more for what we paid for three nights but food was near by.

Pros:

The owner was is very professional, he has taken an aging building and spruced it. It is very close to everything in Gananoque and walking is a reality.
Rooms are large, I had 2 King beds, bathroom is updated and large and he does a small breakie at a great price point.

All good!
