Good location, clean, staff were kind and attentive
Pool was closed and AC in our room was not very responsive
Staff. Location. I like how fresh fruit & Coffee & Tea was available 24/7. Stay, Room was Comfy despite a few Dislikes. Friendly, Professional Staff.
Beds were way too Soft, made my back sore. Shower & Bath hard to use. Bathroom floor not clean, bottle from previous guest under my Bed, the Breakfast meat, eggs & potatoe were not good. Soggy & too Spicy. Refrigerator did not Cold, just Cool at high setting. Bathtub would come on & clog during a Shower.
Everything minus the humidity in the hallway as well as, the elevator, and breakfast area.

Staff was friendly and always greeting you with a smile, making sure you have everything you need and breakfast selection was great!
Hallways and elevators are extremely hot and uncomfortable anytime your come to and from your room, some mold in the shower in our room and some hair left behind bathroom door and toilet.
Rooms were nice and location was easy to get to.

The showers were actually hot! We were offered water at check in as well. I will say if coffee is offered at all hours they need to be checked for temperature regularly so when I went it was room temp at best.
Loud neighbors but that can't be helped
Room was pretty decent, front Desk was friendly and polite. Wendy at breakfast was awesome! Everything we needed once ask! Breakfast was great!
My husband and was well welcome by the staff/ particularly Ms. Martha. The rooms were clean and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
We liked everything.
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dirty, and the bathroom has a strong sewer odor. The cleanliness is unacceptable—I walked into my room to find what appeared to be feces on the bed sheets, which made me question whether the linens had even been changed.
The housekeeping staff was also very unprofessional. One housekeeper in particular, Stephanie, was extremely rude. Staff members played loud music while working and were even walking around barefoot, which is not what you would expect in a professional hotel environment.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the ice machine was out of service. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else and choosing a different hotel.

the food is running low, but they haven't refilled it.
I had to change rooms four times. First because the sink wouldn't drain, then because of cockroaches, next due to a loud AC, and finnally because the AC was too noisy again. I was already exhausted, and constantly moving rooms completely ruined my trim.

They cancelled my reservation w/o even telling me or my approval. So I go check in at 1am and look totally stupid upon giving them my confirmation number & then staff telling me that my reservation was cancelled. All rooms were booked & I was S.O.L pretty much
