The showers were actually hot! We were offered water at check in as well. I will say if coffee is offered at all hours they need to be checked for temperature regularly so when I went it was room temp at best.
Loud neighbors but that can't be helped
My husband and was well welcome by the staff/ particularly Ms. Martha. The rooms were clean and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

the food is running low, but they haven't refilled it.
I had to change rooms four times. First because the sink wouldn't drain, then because of cockroaches, next due to a loud AC, and finnally because the AC was too noisy again. I was already exhausted, and constantly moving rooms completely ruined my trim.

They cancelled my reservation w/o even telling me or my approval. So I go check in at 1am and look totally stupid upon giving them my confirmation number & then staff telling me that my reservation was cancelled. All rooms were booked & I was S.O.L pretty much
Great breakfast! Comfortable bed.
Shower faucet leaked all night. This is a plumbing issue that should have been fixed(room 403)
Air conditioning was also quite noisy.
Location was excellent
The allowed pets and we didn’t check( not their fault) they didn’t have a room which a dog has not been in . My husband had a severe allergic response, the room had dog toys under the bed , the shower curtain was stained and dirt found under the bed but we didn’t find it until second day we was there!
The toilets are too low
Front desk staff was hardly ever seen.
