Enjoyable, relaxing and clean- with great breakfast
Pros:

Ashley was the most amazing staff I have experienced in my life. She was friendly and informative and really made our stay enjoyable. I never write reviews but I am because of Ashley. She worked weekend of March 20-21st usually the day/ night shift I believe.

Cons:

Completely run down and dingy. Bathtub dirty and didn’t have a drain stopper, carpet dirty with sections cut out and patched together. I can’t believe they charge as much as they do for this place.

The staff members are helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and spacious.
Pros:

The staff is helpful and kind. Ashley at the front desk is amazing! She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The staff seems to have pleasant demeanors even when faced with situations that are not ideal.

Cons:

The ice machines were down. The pool does not have a lifeguard. Normally this would be fine, however there were several rowdy children throwing things into and across the pool, jumping in next to other guests, touching other guests’ belongings and bringing giant inflatable toys into the small pool hitting other guests. The parents just watched them while drinking. A lifeguard may help to encourage parents and guests to be more mindful. These same guests were playing ding dong ditch banging on doors and running up and down the hallways on each floor.

It was suitable enough if you aren't staying very long, but I wouldn't say it was worth the price.
Pros:

This was easy to reserve. It was not the ideal hotel or location, but had availability when needed. It was decent enough to serve our need.

Cons:

There were several issues: aside from the lower quality of sheets and towels for the room, the mattress was fairly firm and not comfortable. The hotel did not offer complimentary water bottles for the room, which was quite shocking - it was something you needed to purchase prior to your arrival or at the desk. I assume these were also expensive as a small bag of chips was $5 each. We stayed on the fourth floor, not far from the elevator, and a few floors above the pool. I'm unsure if any of this is related, but the fourth floor often had a rancid smell. My partner and I likened it to sewage. It was unclear where this was coming from, but luckily it didn't seep into the room. Areas of the room were not very clean - you can tell that they wiped around the phone/lamp/plugs because of the accumulated dust beneath these items. The carpet was ripped - unsure how - but you needed to be careful that it didn't catch your foot or you may end up with a cut. Generally, meh. Accepted due to the date we needed and the necessity of time.
