We booked several months in advance and prepaid a few days before arrival.
At check-in around 3 p.m., I was immediately harassed by a man trying to sell shuttle services to the stadium. I explained multiple times that I had already paid for stadium parking and would be driving myself. I had to repeat this three more times before he left me alone. The front desk did nothing while this was happening. My friend and I had to leave by 4:15 p.m. to attend a concert, so we had very little time to inspect the room. We immediately noticed missing carpet and exposed nails just inside the entrance but did not have time to address it with the front desk. We returned shortly after midnight and began preparing for bed. At that point, we noticed how dirty the room was. There were stains throughout, including residue on the chair. We became concerned about bed bugs and inspected both beds. Although we did not see bugs, there were additional stains on both mattresses/bedding.
We then attempted to shower, but the tub drain would not stay open, causing the tub to fill with water. The bathroom also had pink mildew on the walls and black mold on the ceiling. We decided not to shower and ultimately chose to leave. Before leaving, we noticed additional stains on the wall near the toilet. We packed our belongings, returned the keys, and requested a refund. The front desk refused, stating that we had checked in at 3 p.m. and it was now 1 a.m. While I understand there may be a policy regarding refunds after check-in, we spent a maximum of approximately three hours actually using the room. Most of that time was spent preparing for and attending the concert, not occupying or using the hotel room. The conditions were bad enough that we ultimately chose to drive 3 hours home rather than stay the night. We left around 1 a.m. and did not arrive home until approximately 5 a.m. We would not have made that exhausting drive in the middle of the night if the room had been reasonably clean and safe.
Everything was horrible. I’m not exaggerating.
The breakfast was a little under staffed so it was not fully stocked.
Convenient location to my job site
Way too nosy, police on scene on most nights. Banging doors all night from other rooms. Ac went out one night in my room and I wasn’t able to utilize the phone service in the room.

at approximately 1 am a dog in a room down the hall began barking that went on for 10-15 minutes. very annoying and the first such experience in a hotel ever!
Not much.
The smell of weed throughout the building, drug use and sales around the building and drug addicts walking around the parking lot begging for money.
