Cons:

The other guest in our hall were extremely loud after hours and in the early AM. It wasn't anything the hotel could have helped but for the price I would have like a little more quiet during rest hours

Location. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The refrigerator did not work in the first room when we checked in and to be moved to a different room and floor. Saw an unwanted guest (roach Beds are uncomfortable just a little too hard for me.

The area made us feel unsafe. The vibe in the lobby didn’t help. It’s scary. We had to go out at night and had multiple people watching us.

Given the circumstances with ice storm it was okay.
Pros:

It was right off the interstate.

Cons:

The room wasn't ready. Beds weren't made when I arrived late. Only one elevator was working and it was very slow.
