I liked how we were down town. Walking access to anything u wanted to do.

Not safe for solo female travelers. Comfy clean room though.
Pros:

The room was clean and bed was comfortable . Staff was friendly.

Cons:

We had a man walk in our room. It was only my sister and I on this trip. He used a key so I’m assuming staff but I felt very uncomfortable that someone would just come in our room. Being just us 2 women I felt unsafe. I told front desk, they did nothing. We moved furniture in front of our door to go to bed. Also multiple times a man would not leave us alone sitting on the patio area. Overall I would deem not very safe for women traveling especially solo.

Chicago stay
Pros:

The porters and valets were very helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The location made all we wanted to do and see, walkable.

Could use some improvement, but okay overall.
Pros:

It was close to many things that I was interested in, great location

Cons:

I didn’t like the attitude of the staff, I had issues with the refrigerator and I struggled to keep a refrigerated medication cool, the tv was not working, the toilet would not flush properly, and one of the outlets stopped working.

Don’t stay here if you want to sleep
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The location right next to a huge hospital was very, very noisy. Ambulance and Police sirens blaring all night long made it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs

Perfect location
Pros:

I really love the location of the hotel , Its really in the heat of downtown which made it easy for us to get to our events

I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t the worse. At Least the rooms were decent

The rooms were spacious and clean, even though the cleaning lady left a dirty rag on one of my beds while she did room service I’m sure it was a mistake. The complimentary breakfast was a plus. The African American workers were nice. The manager at the facility was nice.

Cons:

Some of the staff were very rude. A brown skinned girl in the front with braids had attitude and was rude and would roll her eyes. The blonde lady was nice but seemed like she could’ve don’t a better job at communicating. They were also trying to be sneaky and charge me daily deposit with the entire room again when I had already pre paid. Oh and they always have people in the front of the hotel outside in the tables drinking and smoking.
