Pros:

It was a place to sleep.

Cons:

I’ve stayed in several Holiday Inn Express’s and usually they’re a safe bet. This location was not the norm. It’s dated, there is a lot of wear and tear, and if your room is on the right side of the hotel, you will hear all the traffic. Our bathroom had hair in several places upon us arriving, the chaise lounge had a large stain in the middle of it, the lighting is very dim, and it was very noisy. I can’t speak into breakfast or any other amenities of the hotel but the room it’s self was rough.

Pros:

Booking .com description of of the bathroom was no correct, had to cancel our stay and lose money. Will not use booking. Com anymore because of what happened.

Everything but problem with the commode and also some stains on towels.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. Staff was great and asked us if we needed anything to let her know.

Cons:

Problems with commode not flushing. Contacted the front desk. They sent someone with a plunger. Said it was fixed. Said it was a tampon, which it was not. Was hit or miss working. Had the plunger in room. for stay.

Staff needs re-trained and need to be on the same page. Do not like being lied to or talked down too

The location. Close to the hospital and care facility that I needed to be near for my visit.
