tive dois problemas
1 - as vagas do piso terreo ficam reservadaas para algum diretor e como estavamos de moto o acesso e muito melhor para entrar e sair fomos intimados a tirar as motos para piso inferior e detalhe somos idosos
2 - ja é a quinta vez que fico hospedado na mesma unidade e eles não fazem o meu cadastro como outras redes ( basico né) sempre é o mesmo desconforto e tempo por isso vou reavaliar outras redes onde já possuo antes de reservar

Jan.26. Hotel localizado no centro da cidade próximo ao Rio Paraná e com ótimos restaurantes nas redondezas. Edificação nova, alta, moderna, limpa, luxuosa, muito bem cuidada e com elevador. Dispõe de estacionamento subterrâneo, privativo e gratuito. Todos seus ambientes são excelentes! Os quartos são amplos, modernos, com ótima decoração e iluminação, e dispõem de TV de tela plana, ar-condicionado, frigobar, poltrona, armário e móvel para roupas, 2 camas casal com mesinhas laterais, abajures e tomadas elétricas laterais às camas. O banheiro é ótimo, com bancada e excelente iluminação, pia, vaso sanitário, bidê e ótima ducha. O café da manhã é gratuito e espetacular servido no restaurante.

Me robaron. Pedí una habitación más cara y me dieron una simple, supuestamente tiene la culpa booking.
