Pros:

No me gustó que me pusieran en la cuarta planta sin ascensor , ir cargada con el equipaje fastidio bastante mi viaje , hacía mucho frío en la habitación no había calefacción, lo único bueno la ubicación

La recepcionista era un poco antipática , están muy poco tiempo en recepción , no nos iba el agua caliente llame al número de emergencia que estaba en recepción bajando y subiendo los 4 pisos sin ascensor, al cual la respuesta que recibo es que si va que espere , estuvimos 4 días en los cuales no entraron ni a cambiar toallas ni hacer la cama , limpieza cero vaya , además de que no podías comer ni beber ni fumar en la habitación y no hacían salas habilitadas para hacerlo

The location is good.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable. I was freezing in the night and they did not fix the problem. No separation between the bed and the toilet which I found really weird. No equipment, no towels for shower, nothing at all. Unfortunately it’s the worst hotel I ever stayed at.

The location was good. This is the main reason we decided to book this hotel.

Cons:

The owners of this hotel may be trading on the fact that the building is, apparently, a UNESCO world heritage site. However, this does not excuse their failure to perform basic maintenance. The carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in years, our bedding was stained, there was no heating in the room, the fittings and fixtures were dirty, the bath towels were hardly bigger than hand towels (and were never changed throughout our 5 night stay) and the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The only redeeming feature was the good location. We would certainly not stay here again.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che non ho apprezzato è il bagno della camera troppo piccolo, soprattutto la doccia era infattibile. Ma ad Amsterdam si sa che gli spazi sono ristretti.

La habitacion no se correspondia con las fotos de internet. Me han dado una havitacion de 9 m2 en la que apenas cabia, con solo 1 enchufe y muy incomoda. Evitad este sitio.
