Per i servizi offerti dalla struttura erano secondo le mie aspettative, avevo già soggiornato presso la struttura e mi ero trovata molto bene, per questo sono tornata a soggiornare

Non sono stati corretti con le tariffe perché chiedendo di partire un giorno prima rispetto alla prenotazione, la tariffa evidenziata da Booking dava un prezzo ma la struttura mi ha chiesto €300.00 in più …
E poi purtroppo hanno fatto un doppio movimento sulla carta di credito , una pre autorizzazione bloccando l importo totale del soggiorno ed è tutt ora bloccato, anche se ho saldato l intero importo e ho già finito il soggiorno , in sostanza non solo non si sono attenuti alla tariffa data da Booking ma mi hanno bloccato l
Intero importo 2 volte , uno per il
Saldo totale e uno con una pre- autorizzazione, in sostanza mi hanno lasciato con la carta a 0,00
E malgrado abbia scritto mail e inviato la foto del mio conto con gli importi non stanno sbloccando i soldi .
Questa cosa mi ha creato molte difficoltà quando ero lì a soggiornare e sta continuando a persistere .

Lokacija, osoblje, čistoća, urednost, sve novo. Mogućnost besplatnog čuvanja prtljage. Doručak je osnovni, ali kvalitetan

Cons:

Nema ormara, jako mala kupaona s nedostatkom mjesta za odlaganje, samo jedan ručnik po osobi, jako vruće po noći. Na slikama i filterima za pretraživanje stoji da ima bazen. U naravi se koristi bazen od susjednog hotela, što se plaća dodatno. Tamo dobijete jedan ručnik veličine ubrusa

Super Lage, schneller Check-In, große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Die Lage ist super, da man mit U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und auch zu Fuß viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen kann.
