Where it was located. The staff was so nice!
I can’t find anything I didn’t like
ok
The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The young lad who worked Christmas Day was smiling and helpful.
Pool was closed, and hotel needs some updating in their rooms. No Christmas decor.
This is an under-maintained and mismanaged hotel and unfortunately it is not worth staying in it. As a Diamond member in Hilton, I have stayed in my fair share of Homewood Suites. They are typically mediocre and serviceable, but this one does not even meet that standard. If I don’t give them one star, it is because the front-desk staff was stellar in working within conditions that are not appropriate. The room was dirty. I arrived near midnight and unfortunately could not see what came on daylight, including a nondescript pink stain in both the carpet and the bed sheets, a dirty bathroom and fridge and generally very poor upkeep. When I raised this with the front desk, she told me, clearly mortified, that she was the only person working in the hotel that day and that housekeeping was overstretched. I think that if they cannot clean all their rooms adequately, they should block part of the hotel and only offer the rooms they can handle. The stay was nearly 200 dls plus pet fee, which is very high for a two star hotel.
All the car where broken into while parked at night. Need to have a security guard for safety.
The hotel was close to everything, quick check in also bed was comfortable.
Nothing
The room was spacious, well organized and very clean. It looked new!
I thought the breakfast was only adequate and the fruit was a low quality.
Hotel looks like a disaster zone, although they claim to be recently remodeled. Maybe they bought a single new chair for the lobby and that qualified as a remodel?? Room was in total disrepair. Carpeting was filthy, mold in the bathroom, entryway floor filthy, elevator from the 70's and on and on. Had to clean the kitchen floor on my hands and knees and the paper towels I used were jet black. Brought them to the front desk so they could see. No apology or empathy whatsoever, the response was "we'll tell housekeeping in morning ". Great answer if you never wanted me to be a repeat guest. Do yourself a favor and spend your money in a "real" hotel, not this motel 6.
Had a family trip, met with complications. Arrived and Charlie was a delight, made out issues melt away. I notice him welcome everyone with thankyou for being Hilton and a smile. Thanks Charlie 😊
Very nice room...clean.
Nice rooms
Rooms need to be updated including matters covers stained beds lower then headboard toilet and sinks stuffed up pull out couch stained and mattress pea pea out and stained Pool area inside pool paint peeling and tiles around inside of the pool missing your car window might get broke into Shawn Carr or Carter the manger has a I don’t care type attitude this hotel needs to be inspected by health department and BBB needs to be contacted I will be contacting Hilton and Hotwire first thing Monday . The Evenings Rep for check in this pass weekend 9/26-9/27 is over worked and under paid they leave her with all the problems she is the best person they have working at this location my honest opinion is to avoid this location by all means it’s Ran down in will be soon like the hotels on 161 north which is ran down not safe if you keep your reservation your stuck. House keeping speaks no English and they half clean we pay this kind money to be in comfort they make Hilton look bad. I would say please don’t book stay closer to the downtown hotels one last thing where they bring breakfast from it’s a mess in there and food and etc all over the place not clean and the floor inside were breakfast comes from is filthy stay away.
Friendly staff
Manager was great and very attentive!!
We were fortunate enough to have the Accessible 2-Bedroom (King, 2 Doubles)/2-Bath (both with tubs) Suite that was extra roomy — with windows that opened for a breeze. There was an ice machine on the 1st floor, close to the Fitness Room (free weights) and a delightful indoor pool (plenty of towels). Breakfast was some really, really good scrambled egg, sausage, homemade potatoes, plenty of breads and bagels, even fresh apples/bananas. The hotel was sold out our night but you’d never know it because the whole operation ran smoothly. Good show, GM Shawn!
