Good Stay
Pros:

Conviently located near interstate but located enough for a quiet stay. Breakfast included a variety of items. Quick check in and 2 room suite had plenty of room.

Cons:

I booked two king suites and both had issues. One was dirty, had dead bugs in bathroom floor, carpet not vacuumed, and a handful of cheese popcorn on the floor by the bed and some in other parts of the room that i cleaned up immidiatly so my 1 year old grandaughter wouldnt pick it up and put it in her mouth. The other room was 80 degrees the whole time because the furnace did not blow cold air. Our other guests we bought the room for had to share our room majority of the time because it was miserably hot .I spoke to a staff member at the front desk and was told every room was full and to let the lady at front desk know about the issues in the morning. So I did just that and was just told they were sorry and thank you for informing them .🫤

Very comfortable
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and wasn’t too high off the floor sometimes the bed is so high at other hotels the bedrooms are separate from the living area so it was like being in a tiny apartment

Cons:

The toilet is so low to the floor that it was hard to get off it was like a elementary school toilet

Overall it was acceptable, but not as nice as other Homewood Suites I've stayed at.
Pros:

The location was good compared to where I needed to go each day. The property was generally clean. The hotel was easy to find. The front desk staff was great.

Cons:

The shower in my room (401) had black stuff in a few places. Also, the garbage cans were not emptied. In fact, when we arrived there was a Wendys cup in the bathroom trash can (not ours) that remained there our entire stay. We were there 5 nights and only given new towels once.

At the provided breakfast, many days there was no juice, even though we were some.of.the earliest to arrive.

Traveler BEWARE!
Pros:

Room was nice enough, but Bathroom door latch was broken. Faucet on the tub was not secured to the wall. The REAL issue is the safety of the parking lot. The night we stayed, 5 cars had windows smashed out. When reported to the front desk, it was stated that it is such a common occurrence there, they would not drive their nice car to work anymore, and that the culprits are the gangs in the area looking for guns. It was also stated that they are not liable for any damage or theft (which I am aware they are not.) That being said, any respectable business with a reoccurring safety issue such as this should have a security officer on patrol along with any other safety measures. This hotel had NOTHING. It was stated by staff that they don't even have cameras that show the parking lot. This is NOT what I demand of a hotel chain such as Hilton.

Pros:

The comfy the bed was and how friendly the staff was. I also did like how close was everything near the hotel. The room was pretty big so no complaints!

It was nice!!
Pros:

This was def one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in! It was clean ,staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating! Nice view,the breakfast was really really good!! I will without a doubt stay again!

Cons:

I don’t have anything bad to say really, the housekeeper was rude and pissy about it!
