Pros:

The comfy the bed was and how friendly the staff was. I also did like how close was everything near the hotel. The room was pretty big so no complaints!

It was nice!!
Pros:

This was def one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in! It was clean ,staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating! Nice view,the breakfast was really really good!! I will without a doubt stay again!

Cons:

I don’t have anything bad to say really, the housekeeper was rude and pissy about it!

Good experience with average hotel chain stay.
Pros:

Convenient parking on premises. Easy access.
Upon arrival I was soon greeted and checked in using my reservation.
Friendly and helpful service.
Hotel set-up looking clean and fresh.
Comfortable room with all accessories functional.
Good sleep quality (bed, building noises), except for noisy heating unit.
Average complimentary hot breakfast: the basics.

Meh- not what I expect from a Hilton
Pros:

Convenient location to the Greater Columbus Covention Center

Cons:

There were unfortunately ants in our room and loud music/ partying up until about 2am on the weekends. A friend also staying there approached the manager for us about the loud music but it turned out the manager was aware and not receptive to guest needs- told her people like to have a good time on the weekends there and in would continue to happen 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pros:

The room was nice, spacious. Our first room the bathroom didn’t get clean but staff quickly moved us to a different room, bigger than our first. Under the sink started leaking, staff quickly fixed it with no issues or wait. All staff was great and friendly, beds were very comfortable, even the pull out bed was comfy which hardly has happened in my experience. All and all great stay.

Cons:

Gym only had 10, 15, and 45 lbs weights. :/

Living room TV wasn’t working our entire stay, tub was peeling bad, a gallon of half used milk left in the fridge, no spoons or forks in the drawers only butter knives, trash cans in the hallway were overflowing

Pros:

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The young lad who worked Christmas Day was smiling and helpful.

Cons:

Pool was closed, and hotel needs some updating in their rooms. No Christmas decor.

Understaffed and dirty
Pros:

This is an under-maintained and mismanaged hotel and unfortunately it is not worth staying in it. As a Diamond member in Hilton, I have stayed in my fair share of Homewood Suites. They are typically mediocre and serviceable, but this one does not even meet that standard. If I don’t give them one star, it is because the front-desk staff was stellar in working within conditions that are not appropriate. The room was dirty. I arrived near midnight and unfortunately could not see what came on daylight, including a nondescript pink stain in both the carpet and the bed sheets, a dirty bathroom and fridge and generally very poor upkeep. When I raised this with the front desk, she told me, clearly mortified, that she was the only person working in the hotel that day and that housekeeping was overstretched. I think that if they cannot clean all their rooms adequately, they should block part of the hotel and only offer the rooms they can handle. The stay was nearly 200 dls plus pet fee, which is very high for a two star hotel.
