My wife and I could have been mugged as we raced into the Hotel door our last night. We like BW but we are going to have to re-think our future planning. We will be soon staying in Henderson NV Oct 2nd at a BW and we pray it will be better.

Great place to stay
For what you get here, around $90/night, you can get a better place with a more convenient location elsewhere. Even though it was the start of summer, the outdoor pool was closed. No explanation given. I had to call Best Western to get missing rewards credit added to my account, because the hotel obviously didn't report my stay.
I started staying at BW Hotels lately and find myself as a platinum rewards member now. This place needs alot of work. First off, zero recognition of BW Rewards. I asked for water and the response I received was equal to speaking Swahili. My room had no tissues and wasn't really cleaned acceptably. Breakfast last for 2 hours, is really lame with about 1/3 of the items you'd find at other BW's and worst off on the weekend is over at 9 am.
All amenities were great, hotel is close to a lot of food joints
The hotel is secluded so very few people were there
Room was nice
This property advertises a hot tub and there isn't one. Although the person at the front desk gave us pool towels, the pool was closed. There was hair on the soap holder and towels. There was an opossum in the hotel by the pool exit. The free breakfast ended at 8:30 which is kinda early for people on vacation. Some good things are: the owners were generally nice and attentive, other staff around the hotel were radiant, there was a waffle house 3 minutes away and the parking was free.

Had an excellent stay this time . All the riff raf is gone . Front desk is on point and feel I could stay there again easily
