I liked the bus stop outside and the beds were comfortable
Walking to the gas station was awful, I almost stepped on a dead rat- there’s no vending machines in the hotel and only one overpriced area for any drinks or snacks that isn’t varied, so if you don’t bring stuff for yourself or the restaurant isn’t open, you’re out of luck and have to walk to the gas station. I asked the staff to clean our room since it had been 3 full days with no cleaning and they said they would, I called mid afternoon that day and they ultimately did not come to clean our room for our entire stay. The general manager does not return emails or requests to speak with them. We ran out of towels and toilet paper and had to get some ourselves since our room wasn’t clean.
The bathrooms aren’t in the best shape, there was elevator construction going on that was loud and in the way, very inconvenient to get anywhere by walking, and again no vending machines at all. I will NOT be staying there again and do not plan to recommend it to anyone. And if the general manager could respond to my email from JULY that would be great.
Not far from Boston or the airport shuttle was extremely handy to catch train into Boston.

Nowhere to walk to after dinner
Breakfast was self serve and very busy with a tour group. Nice sausages and cheese omelet.
Pity the elevator was not operational. Not as close to the airport as I imagined.
The shuttle service was great. The room was spacious, which we appreciated, and we enjoyed the fitness center, especially the kettelbells.
Perhaps directions on how to access mass transit when heading to Boston sights. Google maps says that is possible. However, I couldn't locate a bus stop so we used Uber.
In the middle of no where so had NOTHING to do for an entire day while waiting to fly home I thought I could walk and see some sights BUT NOTHING !!
