Convenient and a good value.
Pros:

We arrived in the middle of the night and were able to get the shuttle and staff were very accomodating.

Good Price, decent stay.
Pros:

Location is close to the airport which made it very convenient.

Cons:

Everything is needing updating or repair. Carpet definitely needs to be replaced. This hotel is nothing like the others I have stayed in. Hampton Hotels are always very comfortable and updated.

Hotel fine, shuttle poor
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the hotel restaurant was good.

Cons:

The main reason for my Fair rating is that the shuttle service was poor. I called the hotel when I was at the arrivals terminal. I was told to go to Door #107. It was a freezing cold that night and I am 77 y.o. so I waited by the door and watched for a Hampton Inn bus. Long story short, over the course of more than an hour, I watched every bus that stopped or went by and did not see any that said Hampton Inn. During that hour I called the hotel 3 more times and each time I was told the shuttle was either on the way or had already been there. Finally a Hampton Inn bus stopped at Door #107 and we got to the hotel where I was told that the shuttle had been there several times. I have travelled extensively over the past 40 years and never had an issue with Hampton Inns so did not look at the reviews. After my experience I did look and found many poor reviews for the shuttle service at this particular hotel.

Pros:

Shuttle to and from Logan. Good breakfast. Good restaurant. Opposite of a gas station and target nearby.

Cons:

Pedestrian walkway towards the gas station and target is snow covered at the crossing although the hotel is not responsible for it.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Stay somewhere else or drive from home, not worth the money. The staff was very friendly and nice to work with but that was the only positive. We were on a higher floor but you would have thought we were on the ground floor and the window was open. You could hear every sound outside including people talking like you were standing next to them. The shower took forever to get warm and it didn’t drain. The bed sounded like it was literally about to fall apart and was so loud with the slightest movement. The refrigerator was also loud enough to wake you up and so was the heating system. We drove down to stay the night before our flight so we could sleep but we would have been better off staying home.
