En general todo.

Cons:

Lo único que puedo añadir es: Que los recepcionista sonrían un poco y no estén tan serios. Trabaje en servicio al cliente y se que un sonrisa y una postura casual causa que el ambiente sea mas calido.

Very nice hotel. I have stayed there several times while traveling and found it very pleasant.
Pros:

Shuttle did not show up for us to take to the hotel. We had to take a taxi! cost us $20,00. Made me angry but the room and breakfast were excellent.

Cons:

The staff were not very welcoming. He acted like it was a chore to check us in. Eit5her bored or tired I guess.

The staff need to get their act together in the morning

I like the location I like that it was comfortable

Cons:

I did not like the price. I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking when the advertisement and parking was included. I did not like the fact it took me 45 minutes to get out of the packing lot because the gate was broken and I had to go back in three times then they finally said oh the gate there’s a gate on the other side and directed me there and I was late for the breakfast meeting. The reason why I stayed at the hotel in the first place so I could’ve just saved myself $200 stayed at home and got up at 4 AM instead of six.

Sleepless and disturbing.

The convience of the shuttle

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as it was on a weekend. Fan in bathroom ran all night and television didn't work. Car had been left with way.com. When we arrived back it had been moved seats had been adjusted and mirrors. I had left it with 1/2 a tank of gas and found it with 1/4 tank. My glove box had also been ransacked. Spoke to police about it I wonder if other guests have experienced this. I will not leave my keys next time.

Cons:

Reception staff were unfriendly and did not give you the impression that they wanted guests. We arrived at night after a 48 hour travel and staff were moody and not welcoming
