Bad value for money.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for several nights and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

The biggest issue was the staff. Most of the hotel team was unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times even rude. One receptionist in particular, Matej, stood out for his poor attitude and lack of willingness to assist guests.

The room was spacious, but the design was surprisingly impractical. There was no proper wardrobe or chest of drawers, so we had to keep all of our clothes in our suitcases or hanging on a rack throughout our stay.

The hotel advertises a minibar, but that is a very generous description. It was simply a cooling cabinet that didn't work and had a terrible smell. Even after it was replaced twice, the problem remained. We had medication that had to be kept refrigerated, so we were forced to store it in the reception refrigerator and go downstairs every time we needed it, which was extremely inconvenient.

The shower was poorly installed, with the shower head tilted awkwardly and very weak water pressure. The gym is quite small for such a large hotel, and the swimming pool contains so much chlorine that our eyes were burning after a short time.
Wifi connection was bad. Always disconnected and had to be turn on each time.

On the positive side, the hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Venceslav Square, and the dry sauna was very good.

Overall, while the location is a major advantage, the lack of customer service and several basic maintenance and comfort issues made this stay far below what we expected from a Novotel.

היה ריח של ביוב מהפתח של הכיור והאסלה. התלוננתי 3 פעמים ולא תוקן. לא שאבו את השטיח למרות שביקשתי במשך 3 ימים עד שביקשתי ישירות מהמנקה. איכות הכביסה לא הייתה טובה למרות מחיר גבוה

Určite odporúčam. Skvelá poloha, raňajky, bazén.
Pros:

Pekný, čistý hotel, klimatizovaný. Deťom sa veľmi páčil bazén.

Cons:

Jediná vec - mäkký matrac.

Pleasant stay we would come back
Pros:

The location was great for our family walking distance from the natural museum and also the tourist spots like charles bridge. The hotel room was clean and fit our family of 4 comfortably

Cons:

We initially had a bath tub but had to be transferred due to a broken sink. The new room we were given didn’t have a bath tub anymore. It was fine, just if people are looking for this amenety for use of smaller children they should ask for the specific room with a bath tub.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Pros:

I really apreaciate the sustainable approach - there were drinking fountains at every floor and one could get there still or fizzy water into a glass bottle that was provided in the room. Also, breakfast was nice.

Lugnt fint hotell med dålig frukost om man har glutenallergi.
Pros:

Fräscha rum som var svala och sköna sängar.

Cons:

Frukosten var inte bra om man hade glutenallergi. Svårt att veta vad man kunde äta en morgon stod brödet bland vanligt bröd väldigt lätt att ta fel. Väldigt dåligt utbud.

Wonderful stay with gym and pool
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, modern and smells great. Rituals soap and shampoo in the rooms. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is good. The room is spacious and the location is fantastic with lots of coffee shops and restaurants and 15-20 min walk to the city center

Cons:

The outdoor areas were under renovation when we were there so they were closed
