Fabulous hotel, staff are really welcoming and friendly. Great location
Very clean and comfortable room. We were a family of four. The room was warm. I would return again. The pool was amazing and my kids loved it. Inside the swimming pool room was a jacuzzi and it was fantastic. Love it
Everything was very good
Milý personál, perfektní snídaně, perlivá voda na pokoji, fitness

Location superb, parking afordable, swimming facilities good,
Czyste pokoje
Woda z dystrybutora + karafka w pokoju- cos, co powinno byc standardem, doskonałe rozwiazanie!!
Blisko tramwaj i metro.
Duzy basen, czysto, bez uszkodzeń, dlugo czynny, zwykle do 22, w niedziele krocej.
Strefa jadalna przepiekna i wygodna, kazdy znajdzie kawałek kiejsca dla siebie, strefa kinowa, strefa barowa z kanapami.
Wszedzie zielone piekne kwiaty.
Overall, based purely on my own impressions, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
I have no complaints about the staff, but I do have serious complaints about the management.
First, the hotel is 600 meters from Wenceslas Square. That’s one extra metro stop farther.
Second, I reserved one room type; they said there were problems with it and switched me to another one, lowering the price and adding breakfast, which I didn’t need.
Third, the new room had a sewer/plumbing issue, and they moved me again to yet another room of the same type.
Fourth, the bathroom had a shower-switching system I’d never encountered before, with no explanation whatsoever—unlike the detailed instructions on how to handle the towels.
And most importantly: I understand it was winter and the hotel was heated very warmly, but the duvets were also very warm. When I asked for a lighter duvet, they told me there weren’t any others. I was forced either to turn off the heating and open the window (and it was snowing at night), and at some point I would wake up from the cold, or to sleep under a sheet in my clothes. As a result, I slept 3–4 hours a night, and the mild cold I had when I checked in turned into a serious illness.
They prepared early breakfast for me which was good. Room set up was nice. Location was central. I couldn’t stay for too long but it looked like it had nice facilities.
The toilet had very heavy smell and the sink in the bathroom was not working properly.when I mentioned at check out they did not charge me for the parking but still had an impact on my stay.
