Friendly staff and ideal location
Pros:

The location was ideal. You were close to a lot of supermarkets and restaurants and about 30 mins walk to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very Eco friendly..no extra water bottles. There was a water filter machine on every floor where you could refill your bottle, which they provide you with in your room, whenever you liked.

Cons:

The pool area could have been much cleaner. We were there during half term week and so a lot of families were using the pool area..it wasn’t very clean unfortunately. Also if there were more vegetarian / vegan options for breakfast would have been nice.

Pros:

L'accueil très professionnel et agréable , la piscine , le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le bar et le restaurant , le " nettoyage " très et trop rapide des chambres , le manque de propreté des gens à la piscine . Il faudrait signaler " douche obligatoire "

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt auch wenn das Hotel sehr voll war.

Cons:

Leider konnte man im Zimmer die Temperatur nicht reduzieren. Rückfrage bei der Rezeption hat ergeben, daß dies im Winterbetrieb = Heizbetrieb so ist. Die einzige Möglichkeit, eine geringere Temperatur als 24C war das Fenster zu öffnen. Dies ist weder praktisch noch ökologisch

Pros:

A reggeli bőséges volt és nagyon finom. A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a szobák és egyéb terek tiszták.

Cons:

A szobában nekünk nagyon hiányzott egy szekrény, hogy ki tudjuk pakolni a bőröndből a ruháinkat. A medence víze nagyon hideg volt, emiatt nem tudtuk használni, pedig a medence miatt esett erre a hotelre a választásunk.
