Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. Upon presentation of the credit card, the hotel will process a pre-authorization, which will place a hold of NZD 200 per night and full prepayment of the accommodations booked. Pre-paid credit cards and Debit plus Visa cards will be accepted under the terms and conditions issued by the bank or card provider. Funds available on the card should be a minimum of NZD 200 per night booked (in addition to the total payable for accommodations).

Location to bus stop was fantastic
Huge beds (much bigger than the two double beds we were expecting) and super handy location near the top of Queen St. Has everything you need. Great hotel for the price!
The bed was a bit too soft for me, but I like a very firm bed.

I like the spa, outdoor pool, location & of course affordable accommodation.
Outdoor pool not heated. Only one luggage trolley with no hanging bars for extra luggage. Some kitchen utensils missing. Lack of response from staff when trying to contact them when our Access cards decided not to work, - & we're stuck out by the pool after a spa at night.

The bed was comfy as, we enjoyed the bath. I loved how you gave me a room facing Greys Ave when i asked and the spa was amazing wish it opened till 11pm.

I got a call at the same hour that I was going to check in and they told me as my partner and I were the last ones to check in, there were no more rooms available and they had to transfer us to a worst hotel on another location. No discount or compensation offered and the new hotel didn’t have the same conditions that we had booked, neither facilities at all. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. No sense of customer service or hospitality. Never booking again here.
