Would definitely come back again with our family of 4!

We had a lovely stay! Perfect family hotel with hot tub, a pool, and water slide! We couldn't get the kids out of the pool! Continental breakfast was excellent! Food was warm and fresh every day. It's about just under 20 min drive from West Edmonton Mall. But this hotel is located near sooo many shops, grocery stores, and tons of fast food and amazing restaurants to eat out! UNA Pizza was one of our faves, just a 6 minute drive from the hotel. But so many options that are family friendly restaurants nearby. And about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, we had a fantastic time!

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and staff were very friendly. Needed more pillow and they were quick to deliver.

Cons:

The bathroom fan is incredibly loud so it wakes up the whole room when turned on in the night.
Also, when you flush the toilet the echoing in the tub drain is so loud and it makes it sound like it's bubbling up the drain.
