Pros:

The two ladies working front desk were amazing. Friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hot tub never opened when pool did. It should open at same time.

Nothing you can fix but a family of four got in hot tub and we're on their phones for two hours not allowing anyone's a chance.

Very comfortable bed, excellent location, you are close to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, I liked the fact that the staff gave out some of the hot items, so that people didn't take it all and waste it. It was very busy and the staff in the breakfast room handled it excellently.

Cons:

It was very busy and some of the guests left garbage in the hallway and elevator, sad to see, you could see that the staff was trying to keep up and were doing a great job.

Pros:

Close to where we had to be for appointments

Cons:

Room. Was too hot could not cool it down. Went to go swimming, went to hop in hot tub there was a bunch of suds and a brown ring around the foam. So didn't go in

Cheap hotel, but don’t expect too much
Pros:

Cheap hotel, but you definitely get what you pay for. The hotel is not very clean and needs some much-needed linen, carpet change out and renovations. Hotel is located near many businesses so it is great to be able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, but Could use some definite cleaning and renovations.

Overall stay was good our original room had a broken toilet so they upgraded us for free which was nice

Meh it was fine
Pros:

It was cheap for a suite. Continental breakfast is always a nice touch on holidays
