Guest Reviews
Very friendly
Clean
Close to main mall all sorts of stores and restaurants
Location
We so enjoy staying there.
Was a bit concerning at 2am when there seemed to be car racing somewhere in the front of the hotel. I was quite concerned about my vehicle in the front parking lot. Happy that all seemed ok, when i checked. Didn’t want to disturb other guests by checking it at that time of night
room was clean, breakfast was good, hot tub needed some cleaning due to the foam on top
Fair and good.
Nothing so far everything is good.
Location, parking and facilities was great, most staff were great.
Breakfast staff could use some work. Unfriendly and wouldn't let a 3 yr take his half eaten waffle with him
Nothing to like. Nothing I'd want to spend my hard earned money on
Location = bad neighborhood. Did not feel safe.
Staff= not helpful
Room/ lobby = smoked in (even though non smoking grounds)
Parking lot= overran but people "up to no good"
Pool water slide hot tub
Room needed AC. Back bedroom had it but not main area
The breakfast was okay.
The night of check in when I went to the reception, 2 staff were just fighting amongst each other in Punjabi language and screaming. This is around 9:40 pm on Sep 1st if you check your camera. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The receptionist took 40 minutes to check me in for a booking and an online checkin I did beforehand to save time. They kept arguing with me that my credit card declined until they tried a different computer and the same credit card worked. The room was smelling like poop and pee. It was not clean or cozy.
Very good breakfast
Taking water from vending machine.
