SOGGIORNO SUPER!!!

Hotel situato abbastanza vicino al centro di Matera (in auto 5minuti a dir tanto), molto bello con parcheggio, piscina e un giardino incantevole.
L'ottima colazione viene servita anche esternamente con vista giardino in una pace assoluta.
Lo staff e in particolare la sig.ra Tonia sono super gentili e disponibili a dare informazioni e a farti sentire come a casa.
E' stato un bellissimo soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente.

Pros:

La pulizia delle camere delle instancabili ISA e AMBRA e la meravigliosa MARGHERITA che ci ha reso la colazione e l ambiente che abbiamo frequentato SPLENDIDO..
Piscina pulita e ordinata.
Colazione abbondante di dolce e salato.
Nel complesso una bellissima esperienza completa di un enorme calore umano da parte di tutto.lo staff.

Camera 214
Consiglio di rivedere alcuni dettagli strutturali delle camere che potrebbero non essere in linea con un 4 stelle.
- Placca interruttore bagno macchiata,
- Pavimento antidoccia usurato
- Piccola parte di vernice proprio sopra la Televisione che sta saltando
- Doccia con un getto d acqua parzialmente occluso da calcare.

Pros:

La amabilidad de las chicas de recepción y l@s del desayuno.
El desayuno genial, variado y muy completito. Los productos del baño muy buenos.

Cons:

Han sido muy especiales para el uso de la piscina, encima de que te tienes que poner gorro hay que pagar 4€ por ellos, deberían ser gratuitos.

Les petits déjeuner sur un ton milita. Dommage car l'offre petits déjeuner est vraiment très bien. Juste un peu plusde gentillesse et de prévenance. Jau du réclamer les boissons chaudes après 15 minutes d'installation. Seulement 4 tables installées.

Passei fome! O restaurante não funcionava.

Quarto grande, cama e banheiro bons. Piscina muito boa para os dias de calor.

Escolhi porque dizia ter RESTAURANTE. Apesar do café da manhã ser bom com staff muito gentil , não havia restaurante no hotel. Estava fechado !! E o pior é que ainda telefonei para perguntar se o bar da piscina tinha alguma comida ou sanduíche e disseram q sim e não havia nada! Não servem nem mesmo room service. Isto é ser 4*. Deveriam ser 3*. Gosto de ter a opção de se estou cansada , uso o restaurante do hotel ou almoço no bar da piscina. Me senti enganada pelo PROPRIETÁRIO DO HOTEL que não condiz a verdade no que ele vende. Não indico e não volto mais.

לא הייתי ממליצה על המלון, מיושן למידי

הצוות מאוד שירותי, הבריכה טובה ונעימה. המלון מאוד מיושן. במיוחד המקלחת. חדר קטן, המזגן לא פעל, אולם הצוות מייד טיפל בכך ושידרג אותנו לחדר אחר- סוויטה. גם בסוויטה המקלחת היתה מיושנת. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה. רחוק יחסית למטרה העיר העתיקה

Prijatan boravak
Pros:

Dobar dorucak, bazen koji na zalost nismo stigli da koristimo ali deluje jako uredno i cisto. Dvoriste hotela je takodje sredjeno i lepo uredjeno. Sobe se ciste/spremaju redovno. Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne.

Cons:

Jedino sto je malo dalje od centra Matere pa je problem povratak u periodu kada prevoz ne ide a nema ni taksista.

Motorrad sicheres parken wenn auch viel zu teuer
Pros:

Tolles altes Gebäude in modernem Hotelstandard . Sehr nettes Personal , tolle Poollandschaft , sehr schöner Garten . Zimmer sehr schön , sauber und bequeme Betten . Typisch italienisches Frühstück . Aber auch Wurst , Käse , Eier , Obst waren vorhanden . Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze direkt am Haus . Wir parkten die Motorräder aber in der Hoteleigenen großen Garage die sich im inneren der Hotelanlage befindet, wer Motorrad fährt weis warum . Wer Matera sehen will sollte ein Fahrzeug nutzen .

Cons:

Der zu Hohe Preis 7 € pro Motorrad ( ein Auto kostet 10 € ) Parkgebühr in der Garage . Das ist weit überzogen , wenn hätten es maximal 10 € für 2 Motorräder sein dürfen da 2 Motorräder auf einem Pkw Platz parken ..Wobei ich schon lange nichts mehr zahlen musste um mein Motorrad sicher parken zu können . Es ist nun mal kein Auto was man überall abstellen kann . Dafür ziehe ich 3 Punkte ab , obwohl mir das vorher bekannt war aber es keine alternative für uns gab .
