It was not up to Hampton standards.
Pros:

Check in, room was ok. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Clean entry way to motel. Alarm clock in room wasn’t on the right time and could not be adjusted. Television channels did not have service the second day. The motel blamed spectrum.

Great service and stay.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and worked with me. I had two different reservations for the same hotel. Aug 30 to Aug 31 and then Aug 31 to Sept 1. My husband was having surgery on the 31st of August. So we first booked the room for the Aug 31 to Sept 1. Then we find out we had to be there early in the morning. So, we booked a room two days before going for the Aug 30 to Aug 31. The lady at the check-in desk was able to let me stay in the same room without having to take all the bags out for the two days. All we needed to do was have the room keys changed the next day.

Cons:

But the lady in the morning had us pay for the room again through them. So I for the room at the location and through Booking.com. So, I paid twice for the one night. Not sure where I should get the refund from since paying for that one night twice. Any help or advice would be very appreciated.
