Super central, clean hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect, about a 10min walk from the central station and a 2min walk from Drottninggatan where you'll find lots of nice restaurants and shops (vintage and other). If you walk a bit more you get to the Kulturhuset and the tram stop that takes you to the east of the city where there are lots of nice museums.
The room was cleaned exactly at the times we requested (which in some hotels seems to be tricky) and the cleaners didn't move any of our personal belongings (which is sometimes also somehow an issue). Staff was overall very nice :)

Cons:

I was traveling with my dad so we had booked a room with two single beds. However when we got there the two beds were against each other, and I mean if you book a room with two beds the idea is that you don't wanna sleep right next to the person. So we moved them apart from each other but the room was very small so it was a bit tricky.
Moreover, it was very warm in the room and the air was very dry. We aren't big fans of air conditioning but since we couldn't open the window we resorted to turning the AC on. However, it would turn off on its own at random times, for example in the middle of the night. Between the dry air and the warmth in the room and inability to open the window (even slightly like in most hotels) I woke up with a migraine a couple of times. So not a huge issue but something to know if you're sensitive to that stuff.
Lastly there is no fridge in the room so it's something to know as well if like me you like to keep a bottle of water or something in your room, it'll be at room temp which was quite warm.

Pros:

Bra läge, fräscha och uppdaterade rum. Förväntad nivå utifrån prisbild.

Cons:

Trög incheckning, samma personal som ska sköta servicedisken ska också servera gäster i baren. Köket serverar ingen riktig mat. Ingen möjlighet att streama till tv'n från mobilen.

Cons:

Ostädat i korridoren. Skulle varit bra med tandborstningar på toan. Låg ett kort med uppmaning att skriva och berätta vad man tyckte. Kunde inte göra det då det saknades penna.

Lite trångt i gången när folk som skulle få sitt bord stod i kö. Dålig skyltning att det var två bufferum. Annars var frukosten jättegod o stort urval av mat.
