Fantastisk område med bungalower og hotell
Superbe chambre vue mer, hôtel taille humaine, possibilité de se baigner sur les plages privées. Le plus bel hôtel d’Agios Nicholaos.
Our “Seaview bungalow” was a 15 x 15 m2 room without any windows. No bathroom, just a small shower.
I would recommend anyone coming here to ask to have a look at their “bungalow” before checking in.
Also very dirty, old dust and dirt. See enclosed photos. We will not come back.

Absolute best surprise hotel. Loved everything about it. From service to very big rooms, lovely food, other guests etc.

Stay Duration : 3 Nights
The property: Beautiful, well kept and lush with vegetation.
The Staff: Check-in was slightly disappointing. The person who was tasked with this responsibility was bubbling, but unfortunately distracted by other guests which took away from intended "personalize experience". Check-out was more disappointing as the person, while professional, were more pleasant towards their colleagues than to us while we settled the charges.
The Restaurants : We booked dinner at 3 of their restaurants; each had its own event.
The1st dinner was a tasting menu curated by an outside chef. The menu items were delicious. However, nothing accompanied our cocktails - no amuse-bouche not even olives. Moreover, bread was not offered or served with our courses.
The 2nd dinner was at Adeste. We were really excited about this one as it was traditional Cretan cuisine accompanied by live music. Once again, items came so fast and we felt so rushed. We finished 4 appetizers, 2 meats and a bottle of wine in an hour. We didn’t get to linger and enjoy the music.
Because the first 2 experiences, we cancelled our 3rd dinner reservation.
The Room : Superior Waterfront Bungalow.
Excellent staff and property truly amazing experience
Laid back luxury. Fantastic hotel, one of the best we’ve been to. Went for baby moon. Place is quiet, full of families with very well behaved children, teen children, and couples looking for a relaxing time. All amenities are great - likely recently renovated. Food was delicious, didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for 7 days. Sun loungers are high quality and comfortable. Room is spacious. The staff is on another level of professionalism. Shout out to Simos - professional, kind, going above and beyond day after day. Very impressed. From the waiters, cleaning staff, reception stuff - everyone was absolutely great. Room exactly as advertised. Will absolutely return.

Fabulous property and location. The most beautiful place to relax and unwind. Loved that the sea was 20 steps from my bungalow, with a terrace to sit out on in the evenings. The staff were excellent, warm and helpful at all times, especially in catering for my coeliac food requirements

You feel wrapped in a peaceful cocoon the minute you walk in the door. Maria and the customer service team are super lovely and helpful. We stayed in a superior waterfront bunglow which was thoughtfully designed and offered lovely local products in the bathroom. The trick is to get one with a view out to the ocean and then it’s just blue as far as the eye can see. Would thoroughly recommend the wine tasting and food from the excellent team at Terpsis

Most beautiful hotel I visited. Gorgeous rooms, great service, friendly staff, convenient for beach, tasty good quality food, beautiful design. This is the first hotel which was both family/ child friendly but also peaceful, calm and quiet. Cannot wait to return! Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!
The entire staff was AMAZING! Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. We had issues with our ferry being cancelled but the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to make sure we were taken care of and had an extra night. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s close distance to the city with all the restaurants. We loved our stay and are happy to spend our honeymoon at Minos!
