Celiac/Gluten Friendly location with great staff and commodities!
Pros:

For a Canad Inn the hotel had a lot more resort vibes, rooms were clean and staff was fantastic. Recently diagnosed with a serious gluten allergy - hotel restaurant staff brought the Chef out directly to talk to me and walk through everything on menus and at the bar.

Cons:

Hotel hallways were quite a bit chillier than the rooms and the rest of the hotel. Felt like a freezer from the minute you step out of your room until you got to the lobby/conference centre. May just be a hotel AC issue but asides from that the hotel was fantastic
