Even though I arrived early, I was able to check in to my room!! A big shout out to Nadine on reception who was very friendly and helpful! The room itself was very clean and quiet. There were facilities for tea/coffee with a coffee maker supplied. The room also had a safe, iron, iron board , hair dryer,bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand wash. The room was cleaned each day and the cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices including freshly cooked eggs. The breakfast room was very busy at times.. best to get there early! A few extra coffee machines would also be helpful! The hotel is convenient to many historical sights and shopping as well as a 3 min walk to the airport train and other public transport. All the staff were very helpful.. a comfortable and relaxing stay!!
The location is very central, within a walking distance to the Old Town and close to the Wien Mitte station.
I loved it. I was in Vienna on a business trip (Logipharma Conference) and the Hilton Vienna Park (Room 635-13th Apr) was located ideally for access from airport (CAT), Historical City Centre, and good transport options to the conference venue. I arrived after 11pm but all was good. There was a slight issue with being told I was given an upgrade when in fact it wasn't. The receptionist was very helpful and recognized the incorrect info sent to me via email earlier. The hotel was v busy during my stay so he couldn't upgrade the room but he did add the Executive Lounge access and this was definitely a great bonus. Loyal Hilton Honors here!
The room was really comfortable and quiet. Middle level room location but no noise and air con was really good. The room really worked for my combined business and leisure needs.
The room, and I think all areas have undergone a very recent refurbishment. This really shows in all areas. I liked the decor and how clean and modern everything was.
Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. 1st time on check-out I was ever asked at a hotel if I would return, and it was a big positive yes from me. Such in fact that I booked personal travel for Xmas markets in early december and booked the Hilton Vienna Park. It made a great impression on me.
Location is top class - across from Stadtpark and walking distance to all the cultural and historic areas. Just perfect.
Food is excellent. Breakfast has a HUGE and quality selection. The eggs station is fantastic. Can get busy to find a table at peak times but having the executive lounge option upgrade, I was able to have a quiet breakfast up there is I wanted.
I really liked the offering of food on offer in the restaurant and lounge.
This is a landmark hotel in a great location in an amazing city. You wont regret booking it!
Location.
It seems i was overcharged. Also my room was next to the elevators- which are loud and made it challenging to sleep. Breakfast was okay but staff was not. I felt unwelcome there. There was no complimentary water for non hilton members - aa is we see dont need water 😂😂

The vegan breakfast variety for my daughter was quite limited and on our first morning the breads and cereals etc were removed promptly at 10am while guests were still selecting food items
Готель залишив надзвичайно приємні враження. Подорожували родиною з чотирьох осіб, і нам надали чудовий просторий номер. Окремо хочеться відзначити сервіс — усе організовано на дуже високому рівні. Додаткові подушки та одіяло принесли буквально за кілька хвилин.
При заселенні персонал максимально сприяв тому, щоб усе пройшло швидко та комфортно. Також дуже допомогли з паркуванням. Для Відня вартість паркінгу цілком зрозуміла, але великий плюс у тому, що автомобіль припаркували практично поруч із готелем, що було дуже зручно для сімейної подорожі.
Після виселення ми без жодних проблем залишили речі на зберігання та спокійно провели день у Відні. Автомобіль також залишався на парковці до вечора без будь-яких складнощів.
Сніданки — окрема перевага готелю. Дуже смачні, різноманітні та якісні. Видно, що готель дійсно дбає про комфорт гостей.
Навіть під час виселення, коли на рецепції була черга, персонал сам підійшов до нас, швидко допоміг здати ключі та вирішити всі організаційні питання без зайвого очікування.
Особливо приємно здивував рівень комунікації: одразу після заселення в WhatsApp прийшло повідомлення від менеджера готелю з уточненням, чи все нас влаштовує та чи потрібна допомога. Такий підхід створює відчуття справжньої турботи про гостей.
Якщо плануєте поїздку до Відня — щиро рекомендую звернути увагу на цей готель. Сервіс дійсно вартий своїх коштів.
Very nice hotel in a great location overlooking the Stadt Park. Public transport and the CAT train to the airport are just across the street. The rooms at the Hilton are nicely decorated and the beds are comfy including the soft pillows. I wish the bath rooms were a bit larger. Really only room for one person at a time. We usually select an Executive King room which gives us access to the lounge. They have non alcoholic drinks during the day and snacks, hot and cold in the evening as well as beer and wine. There is a nicely set up breakfast buffet and there are 2 machines that offer an array of coffee choices. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is an outside area overlooking the Park with comfortable loungers and chairs. Lovely to linger in sunny, warm weather. The hotel also has a restaurant, Lenz, that is open for breakfast and dinner in the evening. Check in/out can be a bit lengthy, but is not a real problem. We try to stay at that hotel whenever we can manage to come to Vienna. For guests that don't want to use the CAT train, the hotel offers a private car to the airport for a fee.

It’s convenient being near to city airport train and lots of eateries around. The gym is good.
Everything was perfect. Breakfast is great, morning omelet with vegetables, juices, yogurt, gluten free bread. Clean room, comfortable, perfect location, welcoming staff.
I felt safe in this property and warmly recommend it. This is my second time there, I attended a conference and will consider this hotel again- more than likely, my first and favorite option.
I would like to have gluten-free pastry. Two options would be enough. Small cupcakes from the hotel chef would be amazing. Maybe also including traditional goulash in the restaurant menu as evening option. But this is SO MINOR.
And yes- this is expensive option, may be not for families. For work- this is the most convenient.
