Cons:

The staff were consistently rude, and there were excessive additional charges for basic services. For example, room service required a €9 fee simply to deliver lunch to the room—something that would typically be covered by a tip, but charging it as a mandatory fee is unreasonable.

We stayed as a family of three but were provided with only two sets of towels. Even after requesting an additional set, the issue was ignored. Although the room was supposedly cleaned daily, the standard of cleanliness was questionable. A napkin left under the bed by previous guests remained there throughout our stay—I intentionally left it to see if it would be removed, but it was never addressed.

Having stayed in Hilton hotels worldwide, this property falls well below expected standards.

Reservei o quarto para 3 adultos e colocaram uma cama de criança para o meu filho, e não trocaram, ele teve que dormir 3 dias com os pés para fora da cama, embora o hotel insistisse em dizer que era cama padrão solteiro, mas não era. As toalhas era péssimas, super finas, horríveis..Atendimento ruim. Limpeza do banheiro, bem ruim. Nem sequer limparam a pia. Jamais ficaria nesse hotel novamente.
