La cosa più apprezzata in assoluto è stata la sala tè e il tè pomeridiano
A mio parere basterebbe poco per rendere l'hotel molto più elegante di quello che è, le scale per accedere ai piani ad esempio sono davvero brutte, andrebbero ricoperte con della moquette o andrebbero sostituiti i mattoncini per renderle in linea con il contesto, magari usando un bel marmo chiaro con delle venature rosa salmone, le porte esterne di qualche camera andrebbero sostituite perchè sembrano giallognole o andrebbero riverniciate. Nell'insieme l'impatto è bello ma queste modifiche a mio parere andrebbero fatte. Per il resto tutto ok

Muy bien comunicado con la parada de la linea D del tranvía a 100 metros. La tranquilidad, limpieza , atención del personal, … espectacular. La habitación cuádruple amplia y cómoda. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Europe with the same warmth and welcome one sees in Asian hotels. I believe that it's a family run establishment although part of the Best Western franchise, I guess that's why. The location is just perfect, close enough to walk to all places and also far to avoid crowds and tourist traps. It's also well connected by tram D from hbf, which passes through the city centre and is like a tourist bus, to take in the innere stadt highlights. The aircon was perfect and one of the days it went off due to some load shedding that happened earlier in the day, and the team at the reception promptly fixed it. I slept really well thanks to it. The room is well appointed, with all the amenities such as a tea kettle, comfortable bed, pillows. Large window for natural light and even the bathroom had a window, which is great. The shower was good. It was super clean. The breakfast was super with a wide choice of hot and room temperature foods from yoghurts, muesli,scrambled eggs, grilled veg, lentils, smoked salmon, fruits,breads, cakes etc, even prosecco for a cheeky breakfast mimosa. Between 3-5 they provide tea and cakes in theie beautiful louge. There is even a small fitness room with good equipment if you fancy a bit of an exercise. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Freud museum and has several eating options frequented by local residents.
I loved everything. Only thing I would say is that the large writing table to one side of the bed for a room that is less than 200 sq feet is a bit much. It should be half the size and pushed towards the window. The bed needs its own small side table with a plug point and light. The large cupboard is also unnecessary and the size could be halved to provide a sense of space. But nitpicking here. I highly recommend it.
