Pros:

A great hotel which is very convenient with the trams and underground all very convenient. Lovely staff who were so helpful in booking the opera. We enjoyed the good breakfast, the tea and cakes and even used the gym. Many thanks we would recommend to all.

Don't spoil an amazing experience with easy to fix problems
Pros:

The overall experience was excellent, innovative ideas, big and diverse breakfast, 5 o'clock tea with cake, and wine afterwards was a nice touch.

Cons:

Lack of flexibility by the receptionist and poor communication with booking.com
Be careful when booking, be sure that you get the right room by sending additional emails to the hotel.

Great small hotel where we would certainly stay again.
Pros:

Staff very pleasant and helpful( particularly Steffan on the front desk)
Hotel was classy and comfortable in a good location.
Excellent breakfast.
