Davvero piacevole accoglienza che si è rilevata tale anche durante tutto il soggiorno. Davvero eccezionale lo staff, il bagno della camera molto comodo, offerta colazione variegata e ben curata.
Posti a sedere per la colazione limitati, occorre andare molto presto. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza familiare con un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto, quest'ultimo a mio avviso non era al livello dell'offerta complessiva della struttura poiché un po scomodo
Lovely hotel just out of the centre of Vienna. Room was very nice with a separate sitting area. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.
Problem with the AC in the hotel on our first night which made it pretty unbearable. This was sorted for the second night of our stay. Breakfast area quite small.
Very comfortable and quiet hotel in quiet street close to tram to city centre. Helpful staff and very comfortable room. Very good breakfast buffet and large public lounge area.
