Bona ubicació, gran relació qualitat preu.
Pros:

Bona ubicació, i instalacions molt correctes. Esmorçar correcte, a l'alçada del preu, bona cuantitat pero qualitat justa.
Ja es la tercera vegada que ens allotjem i com sempre genial.

La ubicación está en pleno centro y cerca de todo y las habitaciones muy cómodas y grandes. El desayuno está muy bueno

Confortable, espacioso, cordiales… pero algo se debe de mejorar

El silencio de las habitaciones y la cordialidad del personal. La limpieza y lo espaciosa que son las habitaciones. Tiene mucho servicios

Cons:

Cogimos media pensión y la cena no fue lo que esperaba de un hotel de 4 estrella. La zona de spa deberían de vigilarla ya que (al menos cuando estuvimos nosotros) había varios autobuses y el spa era la zona de juegos de gente de mediana edad

Loved the location. Big room. Fortunately nothing really bad.

Cons:

An average 3star hotel, by no means a 4star. Room was outdated with sloppy details, like the main electrical panel missing with all the 220V cables exposed, old bathtub cracked in multiple spots/flakes missing and a wreck door lock like someone had previously broken in. Considering its price, can't call it value for money.

El parking es cuanto menos estrecho, por decirlo de alguna manera ... El spa, es una piscina climatizada con un jacuzzi para 4 personas y una mini sauna, indicando " zona relax" cuando habían niños y adultos jugando en la piscina al pilla pilla de punta a punta y alzando la voz. Tuvimos que limpiar la bañera antes de utilizarla y el baño solo contempla gel y papel de WC como productos de aseo.

EL HOTEL TIENE DOS ENTRADAS, UNA DE ELLAS MUCHO MÁS CERCANA AL CENTRO. EN NINGÚN MOMENTO NOS INFORMARON DE LA SEGUNDA ENTRADA, MÁS CERCANA AL CENTRO, Y ESTUVIMOS TODAS LAS VACACIONES DANDO TODA LA VUELTA PARA LLEGAR AL CENTRO. UN DETALLE QUE ME MOLESTÓ MUCHÍSIMO DEL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL, YA QUE SI NO LO DICEN TÚ COMO CLIENTE NO LO SABES.
