Great location!
The room was huge and very comfortable with lots of storage, the bathroom was big as well.

Stayed for 5 days, not once was our room cleaned - expected more for the price.

Buon soggiorno in centro a Cracovia
Pros:

Posizione super in centro e comodissima. Colazione varia con dolce e salato, probabilmente migliorabile sul dolce.

Cons:

Rumorosità nella notte data dall’esterno, non perfette tende oscuranti infatti al mattino entrava troppa luce.

Would happily stay again.
Pros:

Perfect location, everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no choice of pillows, but overall it was a great stay.

Camera spaziosa, silenziosa, pulita, ottimo wifi, tv con programmi Netflix, Prime, ecc, colazione ricca, personale gentile ed efficiente, posizione centralissima, vicino anche alla stazione dei treni.

Cons:

Bagno con doccia un po’ deboluccia, mancava il portarotoli della carta igienica…strano in una stanza da bagno completissima e moderna…

Excelente ubicación y personal
Pros:

La ubicación, está en pleno centro histórico, y tienes al lado todo tipo de bares, restaurantes y supermercados; así como un centro comercial enorme, estación de tren y de autobús. Cama muy cómoda y desayuno bastante completo, quizás poca variedad de pan. Un día teníamos una excursión a Auschwitch muy temprano y nos prepararon un "lunch box" bastante completo (2 sandwiches, una barrita de cereales, un yogur, una manzana y agua) Los recepcionistas muy simpáticos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.

Cons:

La presión del agua de la ducha, en el baño no hay calefacción y en la época que viajé (marzo) hacía bastante frío.
